**What do you like best about Eclincher?**

I love Eclincher's customer service and their efficiency in resolving issues. They deliver exactly what the tool promises. I greatly appreciate the Local SEO module, which is extremely effective and efficient. It helps me improve the SEO of the businesses I work with, and we have seen a reduction in cost per click of 20 to 50% on our media campaigns thanks to the addition of posts on Google My Business. I also use the Analytics section for all reports. Eclincher is the only tool I have used that allows for generating real-time interactions while combining local SEO and advanced analytics.

I like all the capabilities it has, but there are other programs that are lower in cost that do the same. It has been a few years since I've used it though.

The cost seems a little high when there are other programs that offer the same tools for a lower cost.

Eclincher offers reporting, management, and approval tools. Plus, from what I remember, competitor reporting that's a little more in depth.

**What do you like best about Eclincher?**

For us it has been an amazing tool, helping us save time, be organized and to get the reporting needed to keep us and our clients informed. Very easy to use, but their main asset in my opinion is the quick customer service via chat and the ease with which they solve my concerns. Haven't seen a company run like this in a long time. Good for them!

**What do you dislike about Eclincher?**

At the beginning it can be a little intimidating, but if you get one or two live sessions with them, not only you will understand how to take advantage of it better plus learn about the many tools available that you might not even know you had access to. We are at the agency level now and so far, our number one tool to use.

**What problems is Eclincher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It combined multiple tools into one, but to be honest, out of the many solutions we tested out there, their customer service and staff is simply superb. I like answers to my concerns promptly because it lets us be efficient with our own clients. Facebook and Google could learn a lot from EClincher's leadership team and how they have implemented their system.

**What do you like best about Eclincher?**

Since I've been using eclincher it for two years, I've been really delighted with how user-friendly it is, how frequently new features are added, and how well my account manager and the support staff can assist me. The features that I use the most are Publishing, Smart Inbox, and Reports. I have always found them to be reliable and continuously becoming better with new releases. Sprout Social Time is also notably excellent at incorporating user feedback into its updates and enhancements. I use Sprout religiously and spend at least two hours there each day, so I can't really complain about the app.

**What do you dislike about Eclincher?**

Fortunately, I use this primarily on my laptop even though I don't get along with the mobile app and think it's less user-friendly than the desktop version.

**What problems is Eclincher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprout tags and campaigns allow us to report on specific content themes, events, or products. We can also keep track of any mentions of our brand on social media and respond to them all from one location. Finally, teams can provide customer service by using the Smart Inbox. All brand accounts are conveniently located in one location, and publishing to one or more of them at once is made simple.

eclincher is essential to our social media plan. It enables us to concentrate our efforts on the things that matter most to our brand and optimize our process. With the help of deeper analytics, it offers a way to continuously optimize all activity and be more proactive with our content strategy.

The fact that our business can accomplish everything through a single, user-friendly interface has saved us a great deal of time.  We never would have thought that we could set out time for social media listening. Additionally, because Brandwatch powers it, we have access to strong analytics that enable us to analyze trends and conversations surrounding our brand and the larger industry, enabling us to make informed decisions.

As with any other platform, there's the odd problem. For instance, sporadically occurring posts that fail to publish for no apparent reason or losing access to specific channels due to infrequent manual reconnection. When problems do occur, though, the customer support staff is always the finest source of guidance on how to resolve them.

**What problems is Eclincher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to using eclincher, we had a few issues that needed to be resolved. These included: finding a way to use social listening to engage audiences and broaden brand reach; centralizing the social management workflow to grow the brand online and be more proactive with our content strategy; spending too much time using social media tools natively without having a mechanism in place to measure sentiment; and needing to be able to measure everything we did in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of a campaign.

For the past few years, my experience with eclincher has been nothing short of exceptional. This tool has become an indispensable asset in enhancing my work efficiency. **What do you like best about Eclincher?**

I've been using eClincher for a couple of years now, and they've been a vital part of my work. I use it every day. Just imagine how much time it will take to post to all social media sites using several business accounts. Not to mention my clients'. But thanks to them, my business runs like clockwork. I just connect eClincher to all my social media account and add my content to a queue, and they'll be posted in the schedule I set. 

The best part is the customer support. It's unrivaled, in my opinion. If I have a question, a complaint or if I simply want to whine about a feature they changed, I can reach someone in an instant. I highly recommend them, especially if you're a heavy social media marketer.

I hope eClincher keeps things uncomplicated. Sometimes, more features doesn't always mean better. There are still ways to improve. It's not that easy to use if you're new to the site. There's a learning curve.

**What do you like best about Eclincher?**

eClincher has been such a game-changer for our social media management. It used to take our team a lot of time to publish content to each social media separately, as well as log in to each social media and respond to comments because we post to almost every social media platform. eClincher has allowed us to become more efficient with posting and engaging with our customers because it is all centralized in one area. Customer service and support is also vital to our business, so being able to respond to comments in one centralized area is very important for our business.

Our social media manager also loves the scheduling feature because it allows us to plan and for her get ahead of the game and schedule posts so we are not scrambling last minute to get posts up on every social media platform.

We also love the analytics and detailed reports that are sent straight to our email. It allows us to strategize what content to make next and which social medias are working the best for us.

We have noticed some limitations when it comes to certain posting optimizations for each social media. Normally when you go to post content to YouTube for example, there are many optimizations you can make for your piece of content before posting. In the past, eClincher has been a bit limited and we have had to go back into YouTube after posting to make certain optimizations, but it is very possible that eClincher has already implemented or is working on implementing more optimizations for each social media.

It is helping us save time by streamlining our social media posting, social media engagement and customer service, and analytics.

**What do you like best about Eclincher?**

eClincher has the widest selection of features and connections of any social media manager software, especially at this price point. They allow you to connect (at the $99 service level) up to 30 social accounts, 10 Anayltics account, plus your bit.ly, feedly, Google Drive, Zendesk, Yelp, and Pocket. Additionally, it comes pre-loaded with connection to Canva, free stock photo services, and gif library. With so many tools its easy to control your every aspect of your social media from one central place.

**What do you dislike about Eclincher?**

eClincher isn't as aesthetically pleasing as some of the other management programs. This isn't too much of an issue, because the underwhelming appearance gives way to the overpowered functionality of the platform. There are some small issues like laggy screens, bugs in the connection tool, and the feed monitoring could be a little more intuitive or useful.

**Recommendations to others considering Eclincher:**

If you have (or will have) more than 10 social profiles to monitor, choose eClincher. Unless you willing to foot the bill for some of the "cadillac" level of programs, eClincher gives you the most functionality and profile connections for your money. It is a little light on the whitelabeling ability, so if you plan on whitelabeling, you may want to look at a different program. But, if you plan on monitoring and posting for 20-30 social accounts, then make sure you check out eClincher.

Instead of logging into each individual social platform, we can have all our accounts in one easy to manage dashboard. This is especially helpful as an agency because we can monitor all our clients in spot.

Direct API connection with social platforms - no more abnormalities in reporting or profiles randomly disconnecting
There is even an option to internally 'tag' posts (which was something I thought was only available with Sprout) 
Also like Sprout, I liked that EC has an Instagram preview tool. This is helpful for a client where aesthetics are important.

**What do you dislike about Eclincher?**

We had some issues with changing the main owner/admin of the platform. It took a few weeks to straighten out and multiple phone calls, but in the end the issue was solved!

The name also cracks my team and I up. It is a strange name for a social media management platform.

**What problems is Eclincher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reporting: more advanced than what we have with Sendible (includes platform comparisons, ability to build custom reports, schedule reports, cleaner more sophisticated design) 

Competitor audits: We audit our client's competitors on social media and it is so much easier to pull the data now with Eclincer.

Whenever i've had an issue or a question, they've been quick to respond (typically less than 1min) and incredibly helpful in resolving any issues . i use eclincher to create content,schedules and publish it to all our social accounts. They have a free trial if you like to test it.

Management of multiple brands and accounts! As an agency, we manage over 20 brands across 75 social media networks and eclincher helps make it easy to schedule, view planned out content as well as manage mentions, messages, etc.  Additionally, anytime I have a question, customer service is super helpful and responds immediatley. In fact, they have the best customer service for an software that we use!

**What do you dislike about Eclincher?**

It's not necessarily eclincher, but just the API limitations with social networks when they change.  You have to renew tokens, remove/re-add accounts and are limited to still doing certain things in the actual social app (i.e. posting reels to Instagram).

Eclincher contintually evolves what is possible to do in the platform vs. in the social media application. The more we can do in eclincher vs. the native platform, the better! They also continually update reporting options and stats that are pulled.

We chose the solution mainly because it allows us to auto-post from our RSS feed from our site https://softwareoasis.com/ The other key feature that sold us was the support which is beyond top-notch. They are really there for you every step of the way. And when they say 24/7, they mean it.

**What do you dislike about Eclincher?**

Overall the solution works as advertised. We are in the SaaS software space and use the solution to get the word out about current trends. We have been using the solution now for a couple of months and I can not think of anything I do not like other than the fact that they do not have an integration for reddit or tumblr but neither was a deal breaker for us.

We love how EClincher covers all of our needs in a social media scheduler. From bulk uploading to engagement, we can do everything we need right in the application. The customer support is phenomenal. Their team never hesitates to jump on a Google Meet call to assist with any issues we might have and find a solution. We have been using EClincher for over 5 years and have yet to find a reason to use anything else.

Sometimes it can be a little slow to respond, but they seem to continue to work towards improving that. We love the bulk upload option, but it can be temperamental at times however it usually just takes a few tweaks to our date to get it to work.

Managing our digital marketing and social media content with the use of eclincher couldn't be easier - multiple platforms, cross sharing, ability to customise per channel, drafts, future schedule and a clear historical calendar that's easy to review.

We have been long time users, it's a platform I couldn't imagine managing our daily workload without. The customer service team are always friendly and prompt. Suggestions are always considered for ways to develop and improve.

Easy to set-up, manage profiles and users.

I have very little I don't like about the platform - the shortfalls (not being able to schedule stories for example) I believe is more related to the third party platforms rather than eClincher itself.

**What do you like best about Eclincher?**

I like how seamless it is to post across multiple social media platforms, as well as integrating different accounts. For example, my company has two different Facebook pages for our two separate divisions. Sometimes I want to post content to both pages, and other times I want to post to only one page, and eclincher allows me to pick and choose which pages I want to post to. I also like how I can schedule the same post to be reoccurring and post multiple times over the course of a few weeks. Since I started using eclincher I have really grown to love it. I love how I can customize the same post depending on where on posting it to (ie, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). This comes in really handy when I'm tagging people accross mulitple platforms and their handles are different. Or when I want to make a slightly longer post on other channels, but need to keep it shorter for X (aka Twitter).

**What do you dislike about Eclincher?**

I dislike that I have to renew each account once a month. That gets easily frustrating and can slow posts down if I don't catch the renewal before a post is scheduled to go out. I do understand this is standard practices for all third party apps, but I wish there was a better way.

**What problems is Eclincher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it to push out content to our multiple social media channels. Before this, we were using Sprout Social, and I disliked how it wouldn't save or recognize common hashtags that I use. With eclincher if I start typing a hashtag I've used in the past, recognizes this and automatically pops up for me to click on. I also like, as I stated before, the ability to post to two different Facebook pages at the same time. Additionally, again as I stated before, it really allows me to customize my posts depending on where on posting it to.

eclincher is hands down the best tool (and we've used and tested them all) ever for any social media marketing agency! We've used every tool out there, and while there are bits and pieces of other tools that were great.. we needed an all-in-one solution and clincher delivered in spades, all at a price point that's to die for.

**What do you dislike about Eclincher?**

The only improvement we could even recommend would be a "prettier" user interface which, as an agency is at the bottom of the important list (with functionality being at the top).

**What problems is Eclincher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our agency manages Instagram accounts with a focus on community building and community management. Most tools only show the comments users make on the account's content. However, for what we do, we need to respond to ALL comments, including replies to comments made on outside content. We also needed a tool that had a decent price point for a smaller agency (vs $299/mo/per user) and would allow for content approvals for outside users (clients). When I say this tool does it all, I mean it!

One of the best parts of eclincher is their support! The platform doesn't have a ton of bells and whistles but they are always quick to help with any issues.

There's currently no Threads integration, which is probably more of a Threads issue that EC.

A lot of our clients don't have Meta Business Center setup right, so this allows us to have our social media managers access to post without having to jump through a million Meta hoops.

Out of all the platforms we looked at, Eclincher had the best and most accurate stats for what we needed to track. It also allows us to monitor all comments and track sentiment. The company also has almost immediate, personal customer support available.

I am very complimentarty of the customer service I receive anytime I have any issues or questions about my account or technical issues I may be experiencing.  I use eclincher on a daily basis on my laptop and I have it installed on my phone for emergencies.

I generally like most of it but my issues with eclincher are inregards to formatting posts.

I have utilized eClincher for several years.  I use it to schedule personal posts and for business.  I further utilize the application to post life saving severe weather information in the Joplin, Missouri / Bentonville, Arkansas Markets.  The application is very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Eclincher?**

In the early years (2014 or 2015), as eClincher was getting off the ground, they offered a "marketing deal" of $10 per month "for life" if you committed right then.  I took them up on this offer.  About two years ago, approximately 2020, they emailed saying they were going to discontinue this discount as their rate structure had changed.  I objected, as did other users.  They relented.  Beginning this month, January 2023, they did away with the "legacy rates" and offered a $10 per month discount to legacy users but forced us to accept their rate increase to $55 per month for the basic plan.  Over the years, I referred many people to eClincher - even pushing some friends from Hootsuite.  The move to go back on their word caused me to jump ship.  To me, this is a matter of principle.  Any organization that fails to stand by its word and fails to honor its loyal long-time customers does not deserve my business.  They can not be trusted to tell you the truth, so look elsewhere for social media marketing management.  There are better programs out there and from companies that will not mislead you.  - Steve Douglas @DopplerDouglas

eClincher makes it difficult to cancel your subscription requiring you to make contact with a "cancellation manager" before they will stop charging your credit card.  Avoid them.

You are correct about the "lifetime deal" we offered back in 2014. I am glad you were able to benefit the heavily discounted rate for so many years. Our terms of service and conditions included the definition of lifetime. Specifically, if the product itself is no longer supported, eclincher has the right to stop supporting that service - an email communication was sent back in 2020 to notify all affected users. Due to significant code base and infrastructure changes it was no longer an option for us to support it. We apologize again for the inconvenience.

I appreciate eClincher's ability to tag posts so that I'm able to track how often we post about certain topics. I also appreciate the built-in analytics tools and opportunity to track so many platforms (including Google Analytics). I'm also very thankful for their AMAZING customer service - that alone is 5 out of 5 stars!

I don't have any dislikes with eclincher. I wish there was a way to manage Instagram stories, but I'm assuming its an API/Instagram issue and not an eclincher issue.

This program is made for great things, one of which is accurately visualizing a social network's sales and social interaction reach. The reports this application generates are very detailed and specific and can be used for display at business meetings.

It is very complicated to communicate with any support operator; I don't understand why this element is so cumbersome.

We have taken full advantage of the product, specifically for our brand. We have control of everything generated through the reach or success of publications on social networks or digital platforms through strategic links. We can work in constant evaluation thanks to the statistical data provided by the clincher. If your company lacks solidity in data analysis and results are liquidated, as demonstrated by analytical reports, I recommend using capper. You will be able to have a tool that relies on the evolutionary process of social networks.

The features are incredible. So easy to use. I love the 24hr support (which I use regularly). The best thing is that the platform is just getting better and better. They clearly listen to what their customers want because every update is just AMAZING. Instagram hashtag suggestion is amazing. Publishing without push notifications is incredible. Feed/keyword monitoring is powerful. Can't wait to start making use of the influencer feature. Now you can post to reels and post carousels without push notifications I honestly couldn't ask for much from the platform

Genuinely there is nothing more I could ask for. I requested for a change to be made to improve UX but it was very minor. I hope they improve the account/feed activities you can do on LinkedIn but other than that eclincher is 10/10

I really like that eclincher has a social media tool that offers most of the top features.  Everything is simple to use, but the top reason I love eclincher is that their support is the best in the industry.

I wish they had a mobile app.  I understand that they used to have one and removed it.  I would like to see a better feature for hastag lists and the ability to post to instagram and facebook stories.

I find the adding and managing of accounts really easy. the functionality of user accounts and priviledges for each is great, let's me build the workflow to avoid mistakes and keep a great overview of upcoming planned content across channels.

The interface isn't as modern in design or as simple in the layout, so there is a small learning curve to use it effectively, but the customer service is immediate and they don't stop helping until you're happy. they take feature requests seriously and are always adding new coverage as the social media landscape changes.

easy to dump all my client's accounts in and manage them easier. i can set up workflows to keep people on task, and give them access to only what i want them to have and only what i want them to be able to do, reducing the possibility of posts going out without approval or with mistakes. setting up scheduled posts across multiple accounts in advance is easy and fast, that's the biggest thing  for me.

As a social media manager and content strategist, eClincher does well to cover its bases of channel connectivity and reach. It's great for its built-in analytics and visualization to help pinpoint segment data -- hands down the best part of this product.

The deal breaker with eClincher which precipated our move was how cumbersome it was to get support operators that were real people. Moreover, the pricing structure changes priced itself out of competing brands that offered more bells and whistles and faster customer service reps.
