DynoWeb is a visitor analytics and optimization app for Shopify stores. It tracks shopper behavior on the storefront, identifies where visitors drop off, and lets merchants act on those findings without a developer. Capabilities - Session replay — recordings of real visits, with frustration points marked on the timeline - Heatmaps — click, scroll, and frustration maps, per page and per device - Store report — funnel breakdown from page view to purchase, largest drop-off point, and an estimate of monthly lost sales - Suggestions — ranked list of issues to fix, scored by impact and effort - Behavior tracking — clicks, scroll depth, repeated failed clicks, dead clicks, JavaScript errors, form abandonment, mobile gestures - Popups — exit-intent, cart reminders, free-shipping bars, countdowns, social proof, product badges; triggered by visitor behavior rather than timers, with A/B testing - AI assistant — drafts product descriptions, page content, blog posts, and discount codes; changes are previewed, require merchant approval, and can be reverted - Order linking — orders are matched back to the session, page elements, and popups involved - Reporting — traffic sources with UTM campaigns, customer journeys, cart abandonment by product, weekly summary email
