## About Dynasend
A pioneer of email signature management, Dynasend was founded in 1999 on the premise that the simple email signature plays an outsized role in corporate branding - often serving as the brand’s first impression. Replacing random, user-created, DIY signatures with standardized (brand approved) signatures has been at the forefront of everything we have done over the past 27 years. Our deep experience in meeting the ever-evolving needs of marketing departments has guided the design and feature set of our second-generation email signature management platform. At the same time, we’re fully aware that the task of configuring and deploying the email signature technology falls on the shoulders of IT, and furthermore that the ongoing maintenance and support of the program can be both cumbersome and time-consuming. Dynasend serves as the bridge between IT and marketing. The approach is quite simple: - Dynasend collaborates with your marketing team on the design requirements for the email signature program and completes the setup and configuration. This is our area of expertise, and we see no reason to ask our customers to learn it. - IT (optionally) configures the sync to Entra ID and (optionally) sets up SSO. They then deploy the Dynasend O365 add-in to their user’s mailboxes (via the O365 admin dashboard). - Marketing then takes over program management via the Dynasend manager’s dashboard. In other words, we prepare a plug-and-play service for you, IT plugs it, and marketing plays it. Every decision we’ve made in the design of the service has been to make things as easy as possible for IT while still giving marketing the flexibility and tools that they inevitably will want. Dynasend is a true “one and done” for IT, forever ending email signature headaches while satisfying the needs of your marketing department. And best of all, the additional burden on users is zero!

Dynasend makes managing email signatures across an organization incredibly easy and reliable. The centralized control, dynamic user fields, and HTML flexibility allow us to keep branding consistent while still supporting individual user customization. The Manager Dashboard is intuitive, and updates propagate quickly without manual effort. Their documentation is thorough, and support has been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.

Honestly, very little. Like any robust platform, there’s a learning curve when diving into advanced customization, but the documentation and support team make this easy to overcome.

**What problems is Dynasend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dynasend eliminates the chaos of manually managing email signatures across users and devices. It ensures consistent branding, reduces IT overhead, and saves a significant amount of time. Updates that used to take hours or days now take minutes, and we no longer have to worry about users breaking formatting or using outdated signatures.

**What do you like best about Dynasend?**

Dynasend is reliable, easy to use, and fits naturally into real-world business workflows without unnecessary complexity. What really stands out is the communication and support from the team. They are responsive, clear, and proactive, which makes deployments and ongoing support smooth, especially when working across multiple customers. The partnership experience has been excellent, and Rex in particular has been great to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and highly responsive.

There’s very little to dislike. As with any growing platform, continued feature expansion and enhancements over time would be welcome, but overall the product is stable, well-designed, and performs exactly as expected.

Dynasend simplifies and secures the eSignature process for both internal use and customer-facing workflows. It removes friction from document signing, reduces turnaround time, and integrates well into existing processes. This has helped us streamline operations, improve efficiency for our customers, and confidently offer a dependable eSignature solution as part of our service stack.

**What do you like best about Dynasend?**

As a developer, I really appreciate having full access to HTML and the Liquid templating language, which allows me to implement complex logic in our signatures whenever necessary. Dynasend's expertise in understanding what will function correctly across all email applications has saved us from attempting designs that might look impressive in some clients but appear broken in others that lack support for certain features. The process is made so straightforward for us that we rarely consider making changes ourselves; instead, we simply send them our requirements and the work is completed quickly and efficiently.

I haven't found anything yet that I dislike about Dynasend

**What problems is Dynasend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our employees often have several phone numbers and work from different office locations. Instead of managing separate signatures for each scenario, Dynasend created a single email signature for us that uses our logic to dynamically display the correct information based on each user's data. This approach is much simpler, as any updates only need to be made in one signature, saving us time and effort.

**What do you like best about Dynasend?**

Dynasend makes it easy to centrally manage and standardize email signatures across our entire organization. The platform automatically applies clean, brand-aligned signatures on both desktop and mobile Outlook clients, eliminating the need for manual updates. Setup within our Microsoft 365 tenant was straightforward, and the documentation supported a smooth rollout. Their support team is consistently responsive, professional, and customer-focused.

There aren’t any significant drawbacks to note. The platform has performed reliably, and both deployment and ongoing management have been efficient. The client service is very responsive to evolving needs in terms of platform flexibility also.

Dynasend solves the challenge of maintaining consistent, up-to-date email signatures across our distributed organization. **What do you like best about Dynasend?**

Dynasend provides us with a professional signature with every email. Whether that is a new message or a reply, the appropriate signature is added in the appropriate location every single time. End users set their signature one time and no further maintenance is required. Adding signatures to our mobile devices is a breeze allowing our users to continue using the profession signature while responding remotely.
When changes are required company wide for campaigns, the process is simple and efficient.
If we do run into an issue, customer support responsiveness has been excellent.

**What do you dislike about Dynasend?**

I really do not have much to say about 'dislike'. If I had to say one thing, it would be that sometimes the work hours between our company locations can cause a delay. But it would be a minor inconvenience at the most.

**What problems is Dynasend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dynasend provides our end users with a consistent, professional looking signature everytime. Whether that is generated from a desktop or mobile device.

**What do you like best about Dynasend?**

Rex, Fed, & Team have been nothing but accommodating any request we may come up with. Their product is stable, easy to use and easy to implement. They have detailed documentation on how to integrate it into our environment and if there are ever any questions they're just an email away.
With every new feature they come out with we have a new way we want to use it that they're eager to make happen for us. Never have I worked with a company that is so flexible on making things work for their customers, tweaking their code to accommodate almost any request and it always seamlessly just works.
Dynasend is used daily by all of our employees and has been a great experience since the beginning!

I can't really think of any downsides.
They've been a phenomenal group to work with!

**What problems is Dynasend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email signatures was a free for all with no consistent layout.
Dynasend has helped us standardize this across the company as well as recently implementing contact card QR Codes that we can add to our Google/Apple Wallets but also embed into our signatures so email recipients can scan the code and save our contact info for later, if need be.
As we're just getting ready to roll out this feature to our users this will help us remove the requirement for traditional business cards going forward, we're very excited about this addition they've added that is just included at no additional cost.

They are extremely easy to work with and they provide custom solutions to fit your needs.  The implementation is very easy.  The customer support is outstanding.  I like the features they offer to help us be consistently branded across the org.  Integration with Microsoft Outlook is simple and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Dynasend?**

Absolutely nothing! There is nothing I have negative to say about the platform or the support.

We were using images in our email signatures.  They were inconsistent across the users and often times our emails were getting flagged as SPAM or blocked by email filters.  That has all been resolved with the DynaSend solution.

**What do you like best about Dynasend?**

I love that the email signatures get pushed out automatically to our user's desktop and mobile Outlook clients with the DynaSend "Add-in" for our Microsoft 365 tenant. In fact, the entire set up and deployment of the DynaSend signature platform doesn't require any end-user participation at all. It's all done on the admin side and I love that. I also like DynaSend's "How to" documentation. It's comprehensive and easy to access, with pictures and arrows.. Very easy to follow. And DynaSend is very responsive and easy to reach if you need to ask questions. I also like that DynaSend offers a very generous 90-day free trial to set up and use the product, and there are no contracts or term obligations. I can cancel whenever I want. Their customer service is just excellent, and at $1 per signature per month, I can see why people stay with DynaSend for the long term. There are several email signature providers out there, but the owner's software engineering and web development background really come to the fore with DynaSend to make the customer experience above and beyond the others. DynaSend tailors each account to the exact needs of the customer and I would recommend them to anyone!

**What do you dislike about Dynasend?**

DynaSend is an American company, but their main office is in Europe. They are still very reachable and responsive. Our company is on the West coast of the US, and I was still able to speak with them on the phone for our initial consultations, and easily corresponded with them via email for follow-up questions along the way. In fact, my emails were responded to faster than with other companies here in the US! Their office location is not a deal-breaker at all, but it should be noted..

**What problems is Dynasend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DynaSend solves the problem of disparate email signatures throughout the company, and removes the need to administer email signatures locally on all our user's Outlook clients. I used to have set up everyone's email signature myself when I set up their new user profiles, but now I can skip all that by simply adding their new signature to the DynaSend admin portal online and let it get pushed out to their Outlook clients automatically. And removing their signatures is just as easy when needed.. No local administration required.

Customer Service (Rex) is topnotch! Consistently quick and helpful assistance with setup, implementation, and troubleshooting. The platform is so easy to deploy through Azure and manage.

I love that Dynasend allows us to enforce consistent, on-brand email signatures across our organization. It integrates with Microsoft 365, ensuring that signatures are kept up-to-date automatically.

The price is affordable, yet still provides high quality and reliability. We have been using it for years!!

Dynasend is a fantastic signature tool, and the price made trying it an easy decision.  

Rex made the entire process painless! He produced a draft for me to review with his initial response to my inquiry, and quickly responded to my questions.  Dynasend integrates seamlessly with M365, allowing me to quickly include professional signatures when onboarding new team members. The tool works seamlessly across desktop, browser, and mobile devices.

I used to have to create individual signatures for everyone in our corporate headquarters. This saved me time and we were able to use it across the entire outside network! Its easy to have changes made and they were done fast and without error. They were able to customize to our needs. A life saver!

Rex and his team at DynaSend have a phenomenal product that makes it incredibly easy to implement, test, and use. Their customer support is incredible too, where we've always been able to get any help we needed quickly. They go above and beyond and are incredibly easy to work with. Their product has a ton of features that make it easy to get started but can give you a ton of depth in creating your signatures. I'd wholeheartedly recommend DynaSend.

Using their solution is very easy.  I inherited this relationship from marketing about four years ago. Rex and his team have been a delight to work with. We often collaborate on new functionality and provide feedback as needed. Customer service is excellent, and Rex is always available to answer questions or provide guidance.

With Dynasend we are able to automate our email branding and not worry about it, until we want to update it. It's a simple "set it and Forget it" process, with minimal Administrative overhead.

Rex has been a terrific rep to work with, very responsive whenever I have a question. Everyone at our nonprofit has a signature courtesy of Dynasend.

In the past, we had to train each employee on properly setting up their email signatures. We had to ask them to manually add banners to their signatures for upcoming events. It was a huge hassle! Dynasend solved that.

The implementation was straightforward and the system is easy to use. Customer support is second to none. Had a few minor issues related to formatting but was promptly dealt with. The system is very much customisable based on our requirements. All this for a very decent pricing structure! Thanks Rex!

The most helpful part of DynaSend is working with Rex.  He makes the entire process easy to use with very responsive customer support.

Our signature block is very professional looking.  It has many features that can be modified by simply contacting DynaSend.

DynaSend also have very good documentation for all popular email client software.

Once everything is set up it is easy to manage editing signatures in portal

**What do you dislike about Dynasend?**

Users seem to have a hard time self editing their signature, also there is no way to quick sync any changes made to signature from portal especially needed for VIP executives

**What problems is Dynasend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a few clients that asked for software to create signatures for entire company, so everyone is unified.

Dynasend setup is quick and easy.
Works on outlook mobile which is really nice 
Value for money.
Signature setup is really super easy.

There is really nothing I dislike on the system.

No need to manually setup signatures anymore 
Setup of signatures in one admin centre which is easy to navigate

Rex was incredibly helpful in building out the signature we wanted. Dynasend is super simple and easy to use, affordable, and they are always responsive. It was also really to implement.

Until now, I haven't encountered any issues.

Consistent branding, meeting links, and ability to add banners without people having to to update individually.

Dynasend has been great for our firm, very easy to set up, make any adjustments, manage profiles. Their support is extremely responsive in making any customizations.

We do not dislike anything about the product

We were having issues with Outlook signatures and consistency across our team, Dynasend immediately solved this.

Dynasend, particularly since switching to the clientless solution, is extremely easy to setup, and manage. The support is second to none.

Some cosmetic changes require support. Not a huge problem, since they are typically very fast to respond.

Centralized solution for signature management.

**What do you like best about Dynasend?**

Ease of end-user configuration would have to be the biggest plus to this product. Users can quickly and easily make allowed customizations (e.g. title or pronoun changes) via the tray area icon and quickly update their Vcard for use in Outlook.

**What do you dislike about Dynasend?**

I do not have any dislikes since the primary need of this tool is being met (displaying credentials and contact information). I do have a recommendation, that they include tracking metrics that return the usage data on any links used by recipients, if possible.

**Recommendations to others considering Dynasend:**

In terms of administration, simplicity is best. Do not attempt to make the software do more than it is intended to do.

**What problems is Dynasend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Dynasend product enables my company to enforce a uniform look and presentation of employee credentials in all email communications. It has really helped to present a uniformly professional look to our communications.
