This solution is one of the more expensive solutions on the market. in saying that I do want to point out that you get what you pay for. the support is outstanding and the staff really gets to know you as a person and a company. For me they aren't solving anything but for my customers, they are solving their e-commerce needs. I have had several customers that are unhappy with the support they receive, or other solutions not growing with them overtime and Dynamicweb solves both of those needs. The team and the product both. DynamicWeb has an incredibly talented team across the board. Their support is quick to reply and knowledgeable, and the project leads work with you to ensure the project fits your needs. Many times, ideas from the DynamicWeb team sparked us to rethink how we were doing certain things and make improvements. The product they deliver is excellent, and it flat-out works. It can be expensive, but especially in today's world, you pay for what you get. Some of the more complicated eCommerce integrations can make web management more challenging. Delivering some of our more complicated products directly to customers has always been challenging. Integrating with DynamicWeb allowed us to deliver these products in an easy-to-understand fashion. Along with positive points, there are a few downsides as well. Sometimes it gets stuck and I have to wait for a few minutes to respond it again.
