Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a cloud-based business applications platform that combines components of customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP), along with productivity applications and artificial intelligence tools.

**What do you like best about Dynamics Solution?**

Microsoft Dynamics 365 helps our company track sales opportunities.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics Solution?**

I find it extremely difficult to navigate.  The User Interface (UI) is non-intuitive.  I'm really am not a big fan.  I think it needs a complete overhaul.

**What problems is Dynamics Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company primarily uses Microsoft Dynamics 365  as a CRM tool for tracking sales opportunities.
