What do you like best about Dynamics eShop?

The ability for the platform to be flexible based on our business needs. Specifically, it has been able to integrate with other systems being used organization wide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dynamics eShop?

Would like a little more reporting features. However, I believe this has been addressed in the most updated version of the platform, which we have not yet upgraded to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reporting could be better but you can leverage power BI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dynamics eShop solving and how is that benefiting you?

Disbursed e-commerce system that was hard to manage. The e-shop platform is plug and play for BC and you can get it up and running in few days. We don't need to host our solution anymore and they take care of it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
