In terms of logging in and utilizing the dashboard, it was very easy and most people on my team didn't have problems with it. We're currently switching to a new CRM system because we found the system to be too basic and the time (and cost) to customize it has not been well worth it. We needed something more robust in the end. I wish it had capabilities to auto send bills/invoices and at times I have to go in and auto update the CVENT integration, as things don't always flow correctly.
