Good support, solid platform, good UX... it is good at what it does, but does it do enough

Lacks some key features that many others provide as standard

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Remote Assist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is good for basic IT support cases, but less useful for complex scenarios where multiple stakeholders are involved
