It is very easy to use, proves to be very intuitive, and maintains great simplicity in the automation of processes as well as the creation of catalogs and other functions related to sales processes. What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Project Operations? The Dynamics services are sometimes a bit unstable in terms of constant crashes or request errors, causing the request to be repeated more than once until the service is able to respond correctly or even the sudden closure of the application without a specific reason such as the type of hardware, it is something apparently random. Additionally, the lack of direct and live technical service, there is no kind of chat that allows direct support, the request must be made by email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. As I mentioned in what I liked the most, the greatest benefit found is reviewing the team's progress, that is, a complete monitoring of activities, client management, among others, all integrated in one place without having to rely on third-party programs or acquire more licenses.
