**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights?**

This works well with a big company. It can serve much different software. This organizes data very well and it is easy to work with. This is user friendly and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights?**

Sometimes it can be a bit confusing to work. You cannot use the software without internet access can be a drag. I wish this was changed in case of internet issues.

I really loved working with this software.

I like how this software captures data, that is a great feature. It's great that you can also customize tools as well on this software. It's great that they can track customer relationships.

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights?**

Microsoft Dynamics 365 is Cloud based so it saves computer memory space. This is a huge bonus if you have a lot of conputer programs. I also like that information is easy to access and you don't have to flip through multiple screens.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights?**

Microsoft dynamics can be a little trick you navigate and organize at first but that issue clears up once you work in the program for a little while.

**Recommendations to others considering Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights:**

Once you get the hang of navigating Dynamics 365 it makes organizing customer information very easy and pain free.

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Microsoft Dynamics 365 you have all of your custome information in one area. You do not need to navigate multiple screens/programs and you can organize the information in the way that works best for you and your business.

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights?**

We used dynamics for 5 years and we were beyond thrilled with the support and customer service. Our system never went down, we got answers right away and because of that we made sure our clients were happy.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights?**

I think Dynamics can be a little bit more up to date with all of the implications and the software uses like Salesforce has but other than that they are headed in the right direction.

**Recommendations to others considering Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights:**

I would definitely remind integrating Service while using dynamics CRM

We solved the quick fixes, the bugs and any problems that are clients were having by using Dynamics 365 Service insights. In my opinion, it is a must when leading sales team!

Your tasks are easily reachable, accessible, and visible. Thanks to the features offered, you can manage the issues/tickets quickly. The positive expected behavior is always met.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights?**

There are some unnecessary tabs/features/checkboxes which make life difficult for beginners, and they are useless.

This advanced software solution helps you resolve customer issues much more straightforwardly than most other CS solutions.

I was examining the number/status of tickets of a specific customer aiming to write a customer success outreach to them.

I love the ease with which tbis program helps me connect with clients.  Our office is busy from open to close and time savers are life savers

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights?**

I wish we found it sooner and was utilizing it in our practice.  It really is amazing.

The customer service to our clients flows so much more smoothly with the addition of this software.

It can import data and analyze it in the simplest terms for you.

Not user friendly, I had to click around to figure it out

None- about to expire December 2021, will continue to use one drive.

The ability to customize with Microsoft Platform,  Consolidate customer data into a single pageview, Built-in automation options.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights?**

Setting up customer profiles or editing an existing profile is difficult. The steep learning curve for beginners, not as intuitive as Salesforce product

Combining customer data from multiple sources into a single view. Insights and analytics

I like that all customer data from all sources are brought together on one page.  User platform is super easy to "navigate" but a little
Difficult to use.

It's quite pricey and It takes a lot Of commitment to get things running the way you want.
