Working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM was a breeze for me personally. The integration of lead source attribution, real-time monitoring of sales journey and up to date lead profile made my life so much easier as a sales professional. To top it, the activity reports help condense the number of leads across hot, warm and cold stages and also informs us about the recent activity regarding that lead.
