## Dynamics 365 Commerce Reviews
  ### 1. Dynamics 365 Commerce: Connected, Reliable, and Great with Microsoft Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Indresh G. | Project Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Commerce?**

What I like most about Dynamics 365 Commerce is how everything is connected in one place. It also works really well with other Microsoft tools, which makes day-to-day work easier. Once I got used to it, it helped me manage both online and in-store operations without constantly jumping between different systems. It feels reliable and handles large amounts of data pretty well. I’ve actually used this software for my clients.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Commerce?**

The biggest downside is that it isn’t very easy to learn at first. The initial setup can take a while, and you often need technical help to get everything configured correctly. Even simple tasks can require changes that feel more complicated than they should be, and the system can sometimes feel a bit heavy to use. On top of that, the cost can be somewhat high, depending on the size of the business.

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me manage online and in-store sales in one system. The data stays in sync across both, which saves time and cuts down on mistakes. Overall, it makes day-to-day operations much easier to handle.

  ### 2. Unified Commerce and Seamless Microsoft Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cristian O. | IT Service continuity manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Commerce?**

Unified Commerce Experience
It provides a single platform for managing physical stores, e-commerce, and call centers, ensuring consistency across all channels. This omnichannel approach helps businesses deliver a seamless customer experience.
Deep Integration with Microsoft Ecosystem
Because it’s part of Dynamics 365, it integrates smoothly with Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Insights, and Power Platform, enabling end-to-end visibility and automation.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Commerce?**

Complexity in Implementation

Setting up and customizing Dynamics 365 Commerce can be time-consuming and resource-intensive, especially for businesses without prior experience in Microsoft Dynamics.
Requires skilled consultants or partners for proper deployment.

High Cost

Licensing and implementation costs can be significant, making it less attractive for small businesses compared to platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dynamics 365 Commerce provides an omnichannel platform, ensuring consistent pricing, promotions, and inventory visibility across all touchpoints
As to before when website, inventory and Sales were not integrated.

  ### 3. Copilot integration is the highlight of this software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth L. | Owner , Retail, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Commerce?**

The AI assistance is definitely the highlight for me. When I first began using Dynamics, it made the process of getting started much easier by guiding me through the initial steps.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Commerce?**

So far there is not a thing I can find that I dislike

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since it’s just me and one other person working, the AI assistance has been very helpful. It responds to customers on my behalf, which means I don’t have to worry about response times or feel stressed about keeping up with messages.

  ### 4. Best ERP system

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** chaitanay c. | Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Commerce?**

D365 has been a great erp system from managing hours of the worker to final invoicing and collection of the client it took time to implement after our company shifted from Microsoft AX to D365 but it was worth the wait it is fast and way easier to use as compared to others. it can be easily integrated with software's like chrome river.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Commerce?**

Although it's a new tool it has been smooth enough but there are some issues which requires support from backend and there is a delay, so I believe there is a room for improvement for Customer support

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dynamics 365 has solved the problem of separate departments using software's and clubbing the data at the end manually which could be tedious and sometime encounters error which D365 has resolved as all teams can work and get seamless data Like GL balance sheet client onboarding invoicing etc.

  ### 5. Effortless to Use and Instantly Productive

Time is money and I need more time to complete my job.

  ### 6. Integrations are a breeze

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Commerce?**

Working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM was a breeze for me personally. The integration of lead source attribution, real-time monitoring of sales journey and up to date lead profile made my life so much easier as a sales professional. To top it, the activity reports help condense the number of leads across hot, warm and cold stages and also informs us about the recent activity regarding that lead. I also loved the Outlook integration. All in all, I highly recommend Dynamics 365!

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Commerce?**

Well, nothing in particular, but I feel the load time for reports could have been better.

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me gather more leads via the sales channel.
