Cost - They were way cheaper than most of the leading companies, especially at scale. Most of the others have server caps which limited us. Triggers - The secret to personalization is what can you trigger off of. They easily had the broadest number of options to trigger off of. We use DY not only to recommend products on our site but also for A/B testing certain features before they are turned into actual dev tickets. What I like most are the bi-weekly catch-up calls with our designated CSM, where we exchange ideas, look at test results, and receive product news. Contrary to other software partners, where the interaction is limited to a yearly price negotiation, these conversations are helpful in keeping us on track. Don't expect DY to be intuitive from the get-go. However, DY offers a great onboarding workshop, extensive documentation, continuous learning on their learning platform with webinars, and ad hoc business and technical support. The tool has many good out of the box solutions that can help you start your first tests straight away. But custom solutions can also be built quickly. The onboarding was also very professional and the technical support helped with the correct implementation and obtaining correct data. What should be highlighted is the good collaboration with our Customer Success Manager Jenny. She previously worked in a company with Dynamic Yield.
