They cover a wide range of content types, and even if a template doesn't meet all your requirements, it's easy to customize them to suit your needs. - One standout feature of DY is their exceptional support team. Whether it's the support team itself or our dedicated strategy manager, Jennifer, they consistently respond promptly to any queries or assistance we may need. They are quick to offer creative ideas or simple workarounds, which is particularly valuable given our somewhat complex shop system. Working with Jennifer has been a pleasure, and the speedy support team is a definite asset. - The onboarding course is also excellent, featuring live sessions where you can learn by doing. The ability to ask questions in real-time and receive clear, understandable answers enhances the overall learning experience. - In general, DY is an incredibly powerful tool for customization and personalization, making it a valuable asset. Presently, the tool's limit is set at 30 days, and having the flexibility to examine data over a year would be highly beneficial. I find it less than ideal that there's no provision to organize campaigns into cohesive folders. While I can categorize them as draft, active, or archived, the inability to group them based on a common theme results in a less organized and somewhat cluttered experience for me. The templates are easy to work with and provide a good jump-off point to build custom solutions. The UI of setting up the A/B testing is nice, visually. What do you dislike about Dynamic Yield? A bit menu-divey, reporting issues not easy to compare LY to TY performance and making updates to/previewing campaigns can be time-consuming. We are able to use recommendations and dynamic content that help with our merchandising strategy and create a streamlined branding. For example,we needed a solution to develop a Gift Guide with category selectors on our PLP to work with our existing Searchspring integration. I was able to build a custom solution using multitouch and two existing templates merged with JS.
