What do you dislike about Dynamic Yield? My biggest problems were 1. Very slow response times. Even after months of follow up, DY team couldn't solve the slowness issue 2. Dynamic Yield has a lot of good selling points. The tool has the capability to do a lot - when it works... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Dynamic Yield? Their visual editor has been broken for over a month, and they have repeatedly said it's been fixed when it isn't - this is a bread-and-button tool for web personalization, and frankly unacceptable for it to be broken for so long. Even when their technologies work, the tool's reporting is also sub par - it often doesn't match your primary metric over, giving you ZERO insight into how your campaigns are actually affecting change. They don't show you how campaigns can affect non-click metrics like bounce rate, time on page, scroll percentage - again, basic bread-and-button personalization metrics.Support is around for "campaign experience" help, but disappears or takes a long time to respond every time there is a technical issue, which is a lot. Why would we need campaign strategy support when we can't even launch one?! Essentially, we are unable to run and report on basic copy A/B tests, which is just ridiculous. They assured us as current customers that this would not affect anything, and yet immediately after their core tools started to go down and have yet to be fixed. If I was in the purchasing process again, I would go with another vendor that actually plans to stay in the e-commerce and B2B online personalization space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Dynamic Yield solving and how is that benefiting you? We are "trying" to run simple a/b tests to increase conversion and other site engagement metrics. We are also trying to run more advanced personalization campaigns based on our customer CRM data and user intent to drive individuals further into our sales funnel.
