We can also use DyKnow to enable secure testing scenarios by preventing students from jumping out to other websites in search of answers when completing online tests and quizzes. It helps to prevent and deter cheating tests. I like permission only because the students find it difficult to prevent new sites for the game, notably the Google website. We can also communicate with the teachers directly and privately. **What do you dislike about Dyknow Classroom?** I don't like the time they gave us. All day, I leave my laptop all day, students on and off their machines. It encourages other students to follow the rules and to visit places before they know that the class is scheduled. Your phone is difficult for me to switch. I don't like that even "outside the browser." I don't know what it means actually and it frustrates the students. Dyknow is a great program to shut down incorrect laptops. The software will also track places that can be forwarded to students in real time and online. This is your program if you need something that can be used easily and select students who require different lock plans. The benefits of this is knowing and being able to help when students are not in the correct place or having difficulty with a certain thing. ### 36. It also has glitched a few times where students' screens become unintentionally locked. **What problems is Dyknow Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have had problems with students' screens becoming locked and not being able to unlock. I also like that I can see exactly what they are doing so I am able to make sure they are on the right website/activity. I also use it to monitor their writing. I could tell some students were cheating on assessments or were signing in to the meet and not paying attention. Within the first 5 mins of use, I was able to block a very inappropriate site. Immediate Chat support and follow up. I was one of the first in our school to use Dyknow and I had to explain to others how to access and use it. ### 42. If you want to print out student data, you can. Students can analyze their actions when compared to the amount of the work they have completed. **What do you dislike about Dyknow Classroom?** What I don't love about DyKnow is that the classes are sometimes misnamed and you can't shift students into custom classes very easily. For example, if you are monitoring a group of students that are not in your preset classes, it takes time to shift them around into a separate group, if you are able to do that at all. **Recommendations to others considering Dyknow Classroom:** I recommend that this tool is not used for consequences but rather for self-reflection of the student and for parental support. This tool is something that is meant to help, not catch students being off task. **What problems is Dyknow Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems I am solving with Dyknow is that it acts as a self-regulator for students. Students are aware so even if Dyknow isn't used - they don't know always know it. I don't use it to scare students or to catch them off task but it does help with the snapping back of attention and on task behavior. This is something middle school students need help with so I think Dyknow does a good job of helping students focus their attention to the task at hand when they look at their data firsthand. ### 43. You can pick it up and leave it open, use it to track progress and the behaviour, and display the rundown of the students on the screen as feedback for parents and teachers. You can do it if you want to print the student info. Students should evaluate their behavior in relation to their job. I 'm glad to use Dyknow to remotely track student digital assignments. **What do you dislike about Dyknow Classroom?** DyKnow does not like me because classes have a wrong name sometimes and you can not change students very quickly into customized classes. For example, it takes time to transfer students to a different category if you are tracking a group of students who are not in their predefined schools. **Recommendations to others considering Dyknow Classroom:** This tool for self-reflection and parental support. The aim of this tool is to assist. I would certainly recommend this product, which is easy to implement and works very well. **What problems is Dyknow Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dyknow serves as a student's self-regulator. Students know, they do not always learn, even though Dyknow is not being used. I'm not doing it to threaten or lure students away from homework, but it helps to restore focus and homework behaviour. Support students respond and hold their questions at work. Enable students to limit their use of technology during training. If they have a clear lock-out / monitoring program, the majority of students are not versatile enough and are only distracted from their work at a school. The monitoring strategies of Dyknow allow him to stay concentrated and focussed. ### 44.
