Has a lot to work on **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2021 **What do you like best about Dyknow Classroom?** I like being able to lock the students screens if needed to get their attention. **What do you dislike about Dyknow Classroom?** I don't love the idea that we cannot schedule our classes to start and must manually start a session. I also have had a lot of issues with lagging. I would love to see a chat feature be added, so that we could communicate with students without taking an entire screen. We cannot close tabs that students shouldn't be on. **What problems is Dyknow Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to redirect students in the classroom. ### 2. Ease of taking back a student from another teacher who forgot to end a class. **What do you dislike about Dyknow Classroom?** Takes to long to refresh student screens, can't see all of the tabs they have open, unable to close tabs, **What problems is Dyknow Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?** Can block sites like Youtube ### 3. When fully functional, Dyknow can be an effective tool for classroom management and e-learning. Dyknow also helps teacher's keep track of students' progress and help to answer questions. It is also great for speaking to students as they are working. I am able to discipline students in a subtle manner and not disrupting the class. Dyknow also **What do you dislike about Dyknow Classroom?** Dyknow frequently does not include all students on the dashboard screen. Students are fully connected to the internet and working, but Dyknow is unable to load all students. Dyknow is also very slow to blocking and frequently does not work in blocking activity. Ex. I will block YouTube, but the student is able to continue watching his or her video with no disruptions. **Recommendations to others considering Dyknow Classroom:** Dyknow can be effective when fully functional. However, Dyknow frequently has issues with functionality and can make classroom management more stressful than it would need to be. **What problems is Dyknow Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?** When working, Dyknow is effective for testing and keeping students on task. This can be beneficial for e-learning and schools that have transitioned to 1-1 education. ### 4.
