Dyad After-Hours Receptionist is an AI phone receptionist built for local service businesses such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors. It answers the phone at night, on weekends, and on holidays, when the office is closed and calls would otherwise go to voicemail. Calls are forwarded to the AI voice agent after hours and returned to the business when it reopens. The voice agent is set up with the business's hours, service area, pricing basics, and common questions so callers get useful answers instead of a recording. It connects to the business's calendar to book appointments, and sends confirmations by SMS and email. Urgent calls can be escalated to the on-call team member by text or call, while routine inquiries are logged for morning review. After every call, the business receives a text recap of who called, what they needed, and what was booked. Pricing is $199 for the first month, then $99 per month, cancel anytime, and setup is typically live in about 48 hours.
