They are able to create tickets and then follow up to call me back. **What do you dislike about ViewPoint?** Very difficult software to use. It is not user friendly. **Recommendations to others considering ViewPoint:** I would not **What problems is ViewPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are reports that it should be able to run and it is not able to. Our version is cumbersome and outdated. It takes a good bit of time to learn how to navigate it. If we need to export data it takes a longer amount of time than desired. Most programs integrate to Salesforce at this point and if this one did it would cut down time a lot. **Recommendations to others considering ViewPoint:** Good program for simply storing data. Integration can be a challenge. **What problems is ViewPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** Stores all our data and has been secure thus far. ### 5. Not only does it not have an easy undo feature, you sometimes have to double your work just to back track out of it if you make an accounting mistake. **Recommendations to others considering ViewPoint:** I would recommend this product, but definitely wouldn't without firm training. **What problems is ViewPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using this to manage large scale construction projects. It is very beneficial to generate standardized reports, customized forms, etc. ### 6.
