Dxbank by Lexmedix (lexmedix.in) is an LIS and RIS for pathology laboratories and imaging centres, with NABL and NABH evidence built in. It runs the day of a lab and an imaging centre: registration, billing, results, radiology booking, safety and consent, and reports. Its Assessment page lists every clause code of NABH medical imaging, NABL laboratory and NABL radiology, shows the register that answers it and how many of your records sit in it, runs thirteen named gap checks (for example a critical result with no call recorded, or contrast given with no lot number) and makes one evidence pack for the assessor. It also holds the NABH imaging quality indicators, the ISO 15189 laboratory indicators, internal quality control with Westgard rules, and a non-conformity and corrective action record. It runs on your own Windows computer, needs no internet and has no AI. It gives no score and never says you comply. Licensed by the year for each lab, not per user, with no monthly cloud charge; price on request; 7-day demo.
