**What do you like best about DX NetOps?**

Dx Netops enables out telecom infra team to actively monitor enterprise customer links and routers to enhance their premium experience.
It helped a lot in identifying root causes and pre alarming for faulty links so that our engineers can work before the issue is escalated.
It is leading network assurance and monitoring product with advanced ability of fault and performance monitoring with pre-alarming and notifying intelligence.

**What do you dislike about DX NetOps?**

The applications lacks the ability to provide creative reports and customizations related to application visibility and functionality. Also, A mobility application would be a better add on.

**What problems is DX NetOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enterprise customer Service monitoring enabled the client to continuously monitor and improve user experience for Premioum Telco Customers.
The Alert mechanis allowed Technical team to resolve the problem before it actually affects end user breaching SLAs.
