Ability to scan thousands of Linkedin profiles in a fairly short time. So I get their Linkedin URLs which can be used with other software to get emails for those contacts. Re-subscribing to the service is a nightmare and poor experience because I have to contact customer support to do that. Also, in many places, the UX and guides are super suboptimally designed (and probably not tested with real users). My strong recommendation is to improve User Experience all around. A complete UX rehaul needed!

I love that the robot planner visits and connects with profiles and will stop at the daily limit. I don't even have to check when I've hit the limit because the Chrome extension will tell me that the limit is reached and thus the tool will be on snooze until my limit resets.

This is important to prevent me from trying to send out too many requests in a day and potentially getting banned by LinkedIn.

There's no way to look for emails; there's a new feature with dux soup points where it'll look for emails but it's also limited to a certain amount. Anything after is another add-on price which is a bit annoying to be frank. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using Dux Soup for a few years now and love the ability it provides to personalize connection request messages. When I receive the generic LinkedIn connection request, I typically ignore it. I assume that many other do as well. Dux Soup's personalization is a must when reaching out to new prospects.
