The learning curve is really steep. UX is HORRIBLE - I guess I could start flying with Jumbo jet sooner than learning this UI.

Example: you can enter welcome message in 2 places with 2 different texts (the same about follow up messages). When you start the robot - you see some kind of summary what will be done - but the message is not displayed - so you have to check what has been sent in linked in.

I offered help in pointing UI weak spots and was informed that my offer will be considered - but nobody ever came back to me.

In general I spent approx 400 USD in extra paid hours to solve technical issues - and now after 2 months, on the weekend - this robot failed again (in parallel - on both profiles in our company).
