Duvo is the Enterprise Execution OS for teams that need to map, run and improve processes across existing systems. It brings people and AI agents into one workspace, with the process owner controlling the rules, decisions and exceptions. Duvo Automation runs agreed workflows across ERP systems, email, spreadsheets and supplier or carrier portals. Agents use existing connections and approved browser or desktop interfaces, record what happened, and route decisions and unresolved exceptions to the responsible person. Teams can start with a supported Automation module without a separate process-discovery purchase. Freight Audit, for example, checks carrier invoices against applicable rate cards and shipment evidence. Finance teams review potential overcharges and approve the next action. Within the agreed scope, agents can submit approved claims, track carrier replies and reconcile corrected invoices or credits. Findings, claims and confirmed recovery remain distinct. Process Intelligence, also called Duvo Clarity, captures how work happens through screen walkthroughs, AI interviews and documents. Teams review process maps and improvement proposals, then use them for training, process improvement or a partner handoff. Clarity is available on its own. Scoped SAP migration assessments give the customer's programme team or implementation partner a reviewed process fact base. Operating Insights provides live views of process results and underlying records. Teams can build and refine these views in chat, investigate exceptions and review performance. Published customer results include Notino reducing bonus reconciliation from 70 days to 15 and Pilulka improving stock availability by 15% in 2 weeks.
