"Checking integration with our own platform (Valispace)"
5/5
What do you like best about Duro?

Top level is very simple, the interface is clean and since it is a web UI it ends up being very similar to ours in a way but unique with the use of the color scheme (which is itself easy on the eyes).

I also liked the Solidworks Add-in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duro?

I didn't like that I couldn't bulk update certain values (or wasn't able to) when importing a parts list. If it's possible then it wasn't very intuitive and I missed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"We have been using Duro for a few months now and have found it easy to use and very effective."
4/5
What do you like best about Duro?

I like how easily it integrates with our CAD software (onshape). This makes using a PLM system more streamlined allowing the engineers on my team more time to focus on the design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duro?

There are a few features missing that would be helpful, specifically when it comes to vendor management and scaling BOMs. In general, the support staff are very helpful and can help find work around until new features can be added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly"
5/5
What do you like best about Duro?

Duro's platform is intuitive and clean-cut. There is an extent of customizability that ensures user success. It contains the basics for product development management and release of the BOM. The best feature is surely how attentive the user support is by the Duro Team; they are responsive and worked with our team to understand the platforms' capabilities and future add-ons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duro?

We were unable to utilize the McMaster part sync. However, I believe that aspect is only being further developed for future ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lightweight but thorough BOM and PLM tool"
4/5
What do you like best about Duro?

* Relatively lightweight and easy to pick up.

* Thorough management of part numbers, suppliers, and change orders.

* Efficient usage of imports and exports that allow you to freely move from spreadsheets to Duro to other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duro?

* Somewhat clunky UI, for instance deletion of components in an assembly can be tricky on a small screen.

* There aren't features like CTRL+Z undo or drag-and-drop of items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Some good aspects but also very tedious at times"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Duro?

- useful centralised data source for finding file sources, integration with approvalmax/ion useful when they work.

- favorites is a useful feature

- haven't tried any competitors software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duro?

- favorites are hard to find - would rather not have to search for favorites. Can we just have a button in the UI called "favorites"?

- Integration with solidworks 2019 doesnt work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Finally... a modern streamlined PLM"
5/5
What do you like best about Duro?

Having come from a traditional aerospace prime which used archaic PLM software, Duro has been an answer to a prayer. It provides an intuitive interface and features I didn't know I needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duro?

We've had a number of issues with integrating Duro with other tools (both the out-of-the-box integrations as well as our custom integrations using the change order webhooks). Fortunately, the team have been responsive and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great team, constantly improving products"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Duro?

The young team has created more mature products than imagined, and is willing to develop features together with guests, so why not try it? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duro?

If they had to figure it out, it might be in the development cycle of a new feature, they need more support so that the expansion team can deploy the new feature as quickly as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
