They were timely, efficient and figured out the solutions as the issues came up. Provided custom and tailored answers

There was not much to dislike. They did run into some roadbloacks and hiccups during implementation. they are currently being worked out now

Think far and wide about your organizations wishlists and needs prior to approaching. have an exploratory conversation and then meet back up internally to really flesh out their suggestions and how it can impact your organization. otherwise, you will run into hiccups like we did and it can cause a delay

**What problems is Dupont Circle Solutions | Salesforce Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There were not proper and established work flows and we did not know how to set up how something can flow in one direction from team to team. The team is working hard to figure out a unique solution that would be most beneficial to us
