Scanned my phone fully and very quickly, surprisingly. Found a ton of duplicates not based off the file names, but the contents. Fairly straightforward, and the free version does everything promised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Free version contains ads, mostly unobtrusive, but some are. Also free version only scans for exact duplicates. If you want to search for only similar files, you must upgrade, which may be worth it because there is a similarity sensitivity slider that allows you to adjust the sensitivity of the scan. Also, I'm not sure if the paid version has this ability, but I'm the free version you do not have the option to delete all files from a group; only the duplicates, and you must leave one original.
