For example, we tend not to use the manufacturing status as a filter option because not all companies have that information provided, so some get left out of the target list. D&B Hoovers is able to help immensely when doing a prospecting research regarding an industry or a company. You can set it up to give you updates on industries or companies you're following via it's triggers. D&B Hoovers also has the most up to date contact information for employees working at a company. I use it a couple of times a month. Once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy to use. There is no implementation period as you'll be searching through the database of D&B Hoovers. The research functionality can get complicated. There are many perimeters that can confuse first time starters. It's always a good idea to get help and some training from D&B Hoovers employees. D&B Hoovers is solving the issue of accurate and up to date contact information for prospecting. When we search for contacts from different companies who we would like to work with and provide services to, it's important that we have access to accurate information regarding their contact points. In this regards, D&B Hoovers provide the most accurate and up to date information regarding the contact points in different companies and industries, in comparison to other prospecting tools in the market. This helps us in terms of minimizing the time we've to spend finding the right contact and helps us set up a meeting and initial contact point with them in a faster time frame. The phone numbers and email IDs are genuine and accurate. D&B Hoovers can also be integrated with most reputable CRMs available in the market. By integrating with CRM, we get the data directly into the sales pipeline. They provide good customer service and a sales demo before taking the subscription and are available to clear any doubts.
