I like the ease of adding all the new accounts, it offers a variety of search criteria. It provides a lot of information that can be easily filtered. I would like to see more highlighted text in the search areas and more row options per page. The user interface was a bit complicated. It would be nice to set parameters for data export. I like that it's easy to target the exact position you're looking for. I also like other features like the tool's capability, ease of use, frequency of use, features, integrations, and more! I don't like that we can't connect with many people in one day as it shows robotic activity and freezes our account. I love that a lot of the data, i.e. emails, is accurate and my bounce rate is low. It offers both email and phone and has been accurate. It was very overwhelming at first with all the search features and the initial learning curve may deter others who are not tech savvy. I'm not sure about pricing yet, but I'm getting some really good leads. And sometimes the information is inaccurate; whether it's a company's employees count.
