What problems is Dukaan solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its been very easy for me to setup a ecommerce store for a client and it literally took me couple of hours to build entire website and list products into the website. Dukaan needs to be more focused on its customer service. Their revert-back time is not up to the industry standard. Escalation of high-priority issues is also not up to the mark. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At present, customers have started shopping online for their convenience. Suppose a customer goes to the offline market to buy something. Then it costs both his time and money. That's why every business person and shopkeeper must take his business online. It has become necessary for shopkeepers or business people to do business online. At present, many difficulties have to be faced in taking any offline business online, which also costs a lot in the beginning. For this, any businessman and shopkeeper must create his website or mobile app and manage it. Due to all these initial difficulties, most traders and shopkeepers cannot take their business online. Dukaan has let me set up e-commerce store for my small business of salads without hassle and not having much budget. It is mobile-friendly and integration with other softwares is very simple as well. What do you like best about Dukaan?

Dukaan is a new ecommerce platform that has had huge growth over the past 12 months - since I started using it there have been a huge amount of new modules / plugins released. With over 360k new stores opened in 2022 (one every 2 mins) this is a platform to watch Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dukaan?

It is still a new platform so not every module / plugin is available yet - also with no API it is very limiting what you can do - simple things like bulk image uploads and bulk products changes via CSV dont exist yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
