DuitLedger is a bookkeeping app made in Malaysia for business owners who are not accountants. It works in the phone or computer browser, with nothing to download, in English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese. - Receipt scanning with AI: take a photo of a receipt or pick a PDF, and the date, shop, amount and category are filled in. It also reads Shopee and Lazada settlement statements and warns you about duplicate receipts. Supplier bills can go straight into stock. - Invoices: add the customer and items, and the total adds itself up. Download the PDF, print it, or send it to the customer on WhatsApp; the income is recorded at the same time. - Payslips (Premium): EPF, SOCSO and EIS worked out, with employee and employer shares. Malay + English PDF, sent to staff on WhatsApp. - Reports: profit and loss, income and expenses, and bank and cash balances for any dates. - Export for your accountant: Excel (with receipt photos) and SQL Account (income as OR, expenses as PV). - Inventory, sub-accounts for staff and accountants, custom categories, and import of platform reports (Booking.com, Airbnb, Shopee, bank statements). - WhatsApp assistant (Premium add-on): record, invoice and check figures by sending a WhatsApp message. Nothing is saved until you reply "1", and figures need a 6-digit PIN. Plans: Free RM0 forever, Basic RM30/month, Premium RM50/month. New accounts get 30 days of Premium, no credit card needed. Data is stored on servers in Singapore with daily backups.
