I don't like the lack of easy customization. It should be much easier to add photos in each activity and organize each format. Also, the inability to do other activities well like quizzes or surveys.

Duel is superior to competitors for several reasons. First, the technology is an all-in-one solution. (Previously, I had a sales platform, a separate education platform, and a separate community platform.) Ambassadors have one single login. Second, the platform allows for multiple levels of engagement--from curious customers to superfans. There's something for everyone. Duel allows us to faciliate content creation with micro influencers at scale. We have regular catch ups with Customer Success who feel like an extension of our team. Any bugs that are raised with support are quickly resolved Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reporting capabilities of Duel are not up to standard when comparing with similar platforms/ social listening tools, however I'm aware this a product update that the team have been working on.
