For me is the ability to use it on any mobile devices. We use to have a binder that had our safety information however, it is always at the desk. Now with Dude Solutions Safety everyone can connect through their phones. They can even fill out a simple incident report, take a picture and automatically it gets sent to the Risk and Safety team. What do you dislike?
The ability to sort and export the incident report. We have to manually still do this part. However, I heard that it is being work on so hopefully they will have this feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Safety Response is a key to our organization. This product help us stream line the process and having it available to all staff no matter where they are instead of having to grab a book. It also help the process of knowing when an emergency happens when the staff is filing out the incident form at the moment including taking pictures of the scene.
