"Duda Support Review"
5/5
What do you like best about Duda?

The user experience and design of Duda is very easy to use and understand - even if you haven't spent a lot of time on the website. This also makes it easy to explain how to edit a website to a client. The website builder is very easy to pick up quickly and the customer support chat is always friendly and willing to help with whatever questions that someone might have. I use it almost every day for work. It's easy to implement and integrate Duda into client work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duda?

There are not very many downsides to Duda. I would say the biggest one is transferring a website to Editor 2.0. Sometimes, I want to rewrite over a website with new branding, and I want to be able to transfer it from the older editor to the new one without completely recreating the site design. "A great service"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Duda?

Duda provides me with a stable platform to design and launch my client websites. It has most of the features I need and the suppot team is excellent. The best part is I don't have to worry about core updates, plugins updates, backups, and malware that I normally have to deal with in Wordpress installations. Customer support for agencies is top notch. 100% of my issues have been resolved in a timely manner, usually immediately, or same-day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duda?

Duda has some limitations with the way it allows me to use dynamic data (what they call "collections"). Not as much flexibility as "custom post types" offer in Wordpress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Duda?

I like Duda for its pricing and simplicity. I really like the AI stack and the web page builder. Its setup is super easy, and it's much easier to maintain than WordPress. Duda is very good for agencies and it's very quick to build. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duda?

It could always be faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable & Responsive Duda Support Team"
5/5
What do you like best about Duda?

I would say I truly love the ease and efficiency that the website builder offers us customers. I have never tried any other builder that can operate as Duda. I would also like to commend the support team that handles tickets, they are all reliable and accommodating to multiple concerns I had when I was facing them. The builder itself offers more than you can think of, so that's a major plus! The implementation is so easy; implementing widgets, apps, and customization is so easily accessible for a first-time user. I use this builder on a day-to-day basis as a website designer. The integration feature is something I admire, not all website builder have this embedded in their system. No one can do it like Duda! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duda?

I have none so far, my experience with Duda has been more than amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great design builder for agencies, but limited for solo users"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Duda?

The drag-and-drop editor is smooth and easy to use, and the templates are modern and responsive. It’s fast to build something good-looking without needing code. I liked that it had a clean interface and the animations were simple to apply. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duda?

As a solo user, I felt a bit limited by the design flexibility. I couldn’t freely move elements or add more advanced animations. Also, the pricing felt high for just one site, and there’s no free plan. It’s clearly more geared toward agencies (client management system) than individual users. The pricing is high for just one site, especially since ecommerce costs extra and the app store is small. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Powerful and Intuitive Website Builder for Businesses"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Duda?

Easy to Use (Even for Non-Techy Folks): This is Duda's superpower. The drag-and-drop interface is incredibly intuitive. I didn't need to watch hours of tutorials or consult a coding dictionary. I just got it, and building pages felt natural and fast. Also, my site looks perfect on phones, tablets, and desktops, and I don't have to lift a finger to make it happen. Duda handles the responsive optimization flawlessly, which is a massive time-saver and ensures a great user experience for my visitors. And finaly, while I primarily use it for my own business, the built-in tools for managing clients are a nice touch. If you're building sites for others, this is a definite bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duda?

While Duda does have a developer mode, if you're a super experienced coder who needs to tweak every single line of code or integrate highly complex custom scripts, you might find it a little restrictive compared to platforms that offer more raw access. For most users, this isn't an issue, but it's worth noting. Also, their support is generally really good and responsive, but for some very niche questions, I occasionally had to search their knowledge base quite a bit to find the exact answer. It's not a deal-breaker, but it's not always instant gratification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Site Builder for Individuals and Agencies"
5/5
What do you like best about Duda?

I like the flex sections for when I just need extra flexibilty in one spot. I like that it can just be one section and not the whole site in flex.

I find duda easy to use, though I did go through all of the Duda university lessons, so I can't speak for people without experience in Duda.

I also appreciate the customer support. I have always had positive experiences with duda support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duda?

I think the only downside is some of the widgets are just very limited. The one example I can think of right now is the hero carousel. I wanted more options for where to place the button and description on top of the sliding images but the only options currently are right, center, left. I was hoping for an option to pin to a lower corner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A solid builder with many features, yet also small flaws"
4/5
What do you like best about Duda?

Duda makes it really easy to build and manage websites, especially when you're handling multiple clients or projects. The drag-and-drop editor is clean and fast, and you can create responsive designs without needing to touch much code — though it’s great that custom code is still supported when needed. One of my favorite features is the ability to create custom widgets with dynamic inputs, which opens up a lot of flexibility for more advanced layouts or logic.

Client management is also well thought out, with user roles, permissions, and white-labeling options that are perfect for agencies or freelancers. Overall, it’s a solid platform that saves a lot of time while still giving creative control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duda?

While Duda is a strong builder overall, there are definitely areas that could use improvement. Some of the native widgets are outdated — both in terms of design options and functionality — and don’t meet modern expectations. They still do the job, but often require workarounds or custom code to make them truly usable in client projects.

Additionally, I’ve run into a few bugs from time to time. Nothing catastrophic, but enough to slow down the workflow or require support tickets. The platform has a ton of potential, but parts of it need a refresh to fully keep up with evolving design standards and user needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A powerful website builder for agencies"

What do you like best about Duda?

Lightning-fast website performance – their hosting is top-notch, and the built-in SEO tools help pages rank well right out of the gate.

Client management tools – the white-label options, client permissions, and integrated team collaboration features make managing multiple clients seamless.

Intuitive drag-and-drop editor – it’s user-friendly for beginners but powerful enough for pros who need custom code, widgets, and APIs.

Responsive design – DUDA makes it easy to design once and optimise for all devices.

Excellent customer support – quick, knowledgeable, and always helpful when I need assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duda?

The basics are easy to pick up, but if you dive into custom widgets, API use, or advanced client permissions, it can take time to fully master. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
