When I first started doing websites, I was coding from scratch, and it's so refreshing to know I have the ease of a drag-and-drop builder with the power of their backend dev mode to customize the site; however I'd like to see it perfected. The widget builder has also made things move a lot quicker because we're able to make user-friendly widgets for customers to help them not mess up their site with their amateur design skills. I also love that they offer chat and phone support to help when I'm stuck with something. **What do you dislike about Duda?** So far there have only been a few small issues that I haven't liked. I found a small bug attaching backgrounds in a mobile setting to keep them stuck to the background while content scrolls over but Duda support has been helpful in insuring me that it's going to be resolved quickly. **What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have so many customers who want to build websites with us and now we're able to build a great website in a half a day or less as where this could have taken many days or weeks in the past. ### 8. I was able to resolve a problem ( that had existed since the start of the company) within 10 minutes by using the chat bot. I do like that there is a voting area for users to vote to push feature enhancements to the platform up higher on their radar. I like how user friendly building websites is with the platform; basically drag and drop from the menu selections (very simply to navigate). The content library collection to search images from is another tool that I am also a big fan of. **What do you dislike about Duda?** There are some functionalities that don't make sense as to why they are configured a certain way and updating the features are not high on the priority list. Ex: Clients request not to be notified with an email every time a site comment is added to a website; ideal alternatives- full opt out of email notifications or to opt into receiving a summary email once a day or once a week. Current reality- they can opt out of the email notification but then they can't leave anymore site comments on the website OR they have to continue to receive every email. I would like the search feature for websites under my account to be better. The new sorting filter by company tagged ids has improved the search results a good bit but there is room for improvement still. **What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?** Website building and interactions/feedback between my team and our clients. Website launches are faster and troubleshooting any glitches is streamlined. Team communication is also great with the site comments. ### 9. You can also create sections that can be reused on any existing template or website. They also have a great selection of pre-made sections which are updated often. This makes building new sites a breeze! I can build a simple 5-page website within a couple of hours! Flex sections gave a ton of room for customization as well. Client management is also super easy and all on one page. Our clients also love how simple it is for them to also make updates on their own through the backend. **What do you dislike about Duda?** It can be a bit buggy at times. Most of the bugs I have run into are with the flex editor but they are fairly minor and easy to work around. I know it is a newer product for them so bugs are a given. It has cut our build timeframes by half giving us more time to add additional clients. You can literally build a whole website in just minutes. I used to be a die-hard WordPress fan, but I haven't worked on a single WordPress site since finding Duda. It's perfect for those who don't know a thing about web design and development, but it's not too scaled-down for the more technical and advanced. **What do you dislike about Duda?** The only real issue I've had with Duda is their site search feature. It doesn't always show the site when I conduct a search. Beyond that, I've really haven't had any issues that Duda was unable to resolve for me. There are moments when Duda can be buggy and there are some feature changes that could be nice, but Duda is constantly evolving the platform. **What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?** No coding is needed to build a beautiful, functional site. The sites are also technically strong from an SEO perspective which saves a lot of hassle and headaches. ### 38. They are a reliable company with a common sense of improvement and a focus on stability. In the 7 years that I have been using this platform, I have not only increased my sales and client base but I have also had great nights of sleep compared to when I used Wordpress. I don't have to worry about outdated plugins, hacks, updating servers and components, or errors when updating Wordpress or plugins. Anyway, there are a lot of good things to say about Duda but it would be better if you start a free trial and find out for yourself. **What do you dislike about Duda?** 1- Perhaps the lack of urgency with simple things to make website editing a faster experience. 2- They'll launch a native e-commerce solution soon but as of today, you will not be able to control e-commerce requests because currently, they rely on third-party e-commerce solutions. 3- They can improve the platform experience by integrating a built-in email marketing solution 4- The contact forms can be improved with conditional logic 5- I would love to see Duda allowing sub-domain management using the same site subscription. Currently, we need to purchase a separate subscription for sub-domains. 6- A built-in project management integration isn't available. Will be good to have it so clients can see their design process. **Recommendations to others considering Duda:** Just try it and request to join our community of experts. Always think about how you can escalate and grow your business without wasting time doing hard time-consuming tasks. Duda will be your ally and you will not be alone. **What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?** Simple edits can be made by clients. Urgent changes can be fixed by clients and they didn't need to wait for me. Server setup and standard websites configurations is a time-consuming task, Duda allows me to build fast sites Clients can see a preview of their design without the need for site publication Statistics: Duda provides a good stats design and I didn't need to spend time generating Google Analytics reports Backups: You can go back to another site version in a few seconds. Community: We have a great community available to help you if you get stuck on any task. Widgets and fulfillment services. If you didn't find any suitable widget you can ask for it and you'll get it. The best thing is one widget can be used for all sites. ### 45. Also, the webinars are great! **What do you dislike about Duda?** It's hard to set up a responsive website on each different screens size. I would love to have a way to edit on a large screen desktop (1400px or more), right now you don't have that option on general Duda editor, and even when it's on Duda Flex you cannot edit it independently. Hope they add this functionality in the near future. From concept to execution, I can create a site within a day, a page within minutes, and implement website essentials such as basic SEO metadata and a site SSL. **What do you dislike about Duda?** Duda's version control could use some major improvement. For example, I really wish I could archive/unpublish a page for implementation on the later version of the site, without having to restore the entire version of a backup. Ideally, there should be a section to create page drafts, and by unpublishing a page, it gets moved to drafts. **What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?** Duda's client management is exceptional compared to other website platforms. I can easily toggle permissions for clients and resend invitations through the dashboard. Duda also removes a technical step by allowing the SSL to be generated directly within the platform. ### 50.
