## Duda Reviews
 ### 1. Duda Makes Collaborative, Responsive Website Updates Fast and Smooth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adriana C. | UX Lead Designer, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Duda?**

We started using Duda while working on a series of landing page and website update projects, and one thing that stood out early was how easy it was for both design and content teams to work inside the same workflow without creating unnecessary delays.
From a UX perspective, the platform feels much more approachable than some other website builders I’ve used before. The editing experience is clean, responsive, and easy to navigate, which makes reviewing layouts and adjusting sections a smoother process during active projects. I also liked how quickly responsive previews can be checked without constantly switching tools. That helped a lot during feedback rounds when multiple revisions were happening at once. Performance has been reliable overall, especially on visually heavier pages. We’ve also integrated it with a few analytics and marketing tools, and setup was fairly straightforward. Another useful addition was some of the AI-supported content suggestions, which helped speed up rough drafts during earlier project stages.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

One thing I noticed after longer use is that managing very large numbers of reusable sections can sometimes become a little harder to keep organized. I’d also like slightly more flexibility when fine-tuning certain spacing and layout behaviors for more design-specific projects. Aside from that, the overall workflow has been fairly smooth.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Duda, smaller layout revisions and content updates often required more coordination between teams than necessary. With Duda, many of those adjustments can now be handled much faster during the review process itself, which improved turnaround time and reduced friction between design, marketing, and content teams. It also made onboarding newer team members easier since the interface is relatively simple to learn compared to more developer-focused platforms.

 ### 2. Duda Makes Team Collaboration and Website Updates Fast and Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lior Z. | VP Customers, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Duda?**

As the VP Customers at Joyned, I’ve been using Duda to help manage and maintain customer-facing websites, and it has made collaboration between teams much smoother.
One of the things I appreciate most about Duda is how easy the platform is to work with, even for people who don’t come from a technical background. The UI feels clean and modern, and the editor is intuitive enough that our team can make updates quickly without relying heavily on developers. Performance has also been very solid—pages load fast, mobile responsiveness works well out of the box, and overall site stability has been reliable. We’ve also had a good experience connecting it with tools we already use for analytics and marketing. The AI-assisted features are a nice addition too, especially for helping speed up content setup and reducing repetitive tasks during onboarding.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

The pricing can feel a little expensive for smaller-scale projects, and some advanced customization options require a bit more learning than expected. While the current integrations cover most common needs, there are still a few specialized tools I’d love to see supported more directly.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Duda, website updates and collaboration between teams were more time-consuming and harder to manage consistently. With everything centralized in one platform, onboarding new projects has become smoother and maintaining existing sites is far more efficient. It has helped reduce turnaround times, improved internal collaboration, and made it easier to deliver a better overall experience for customers. Support has also been responsive whenever we’ve needed assistance, which adds confidence when working on active client projects.

 ### 3. Duda Made Website Maintenance Faster with an Intuitive, Dependable Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David B. | Chief Financial Officer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Duda?**

We originally brought Duda into our workflow to make routine website maintenance easier across a few ongoing projects, and it ended up being more efficient for our team than expected.
One thing that helped immediately was how little time it took for people on our side to get comfortable using the platform. The interface feels structured in a practical way, so smaller content edits and page updates don’t turn into unnecessarily technical tasks. From an operations standpoint, that saved us quite a bit of time during busy periods. We’ve also had a fairly smooth experience connecting external tools for analytics and campaign tracking. Performance has been dependable overall, especially when reviewing mobile layouts before publishing changes live. I also found some of the AI-based suggestions useful for speeding up early content setup when projects needed to move quickly.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

One issue we ran into occasionally was keeping larger projects organized once multiple pages and revisions started stacking up. When several people are involved in updates at the same time, navigation can sometimes feel slightly less streamlined than expected. I’d also appreciate a bit more flexibility in certain layout controls without needing extra adjustments or workarounds.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Duda, even smaller website revisions sometimes involved too many steps between different team members. The platform simplified that process by making updates easier to manage internally without constant back-and-forth. It improved turnaround time for edits, reduced delays during review cycles, and made ongoing site maintenance more manageable overall. Support has also been helpful whenever we needed quick clarification on something during active work.

 ### 4. Duda Simplifies Website Management with a Clean, Reliable, Team-Friendly Builder

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary C. | Director, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Duda?**

We initially started using Duda for a few smaller client projects, but over time it became part of our regular workflow because it removed a lot of unnecessary complexity from website management.
One thing I noticed early on was how approachable the platform felt compared to some heavier website builders. The interface is clean without feeling too limited, which made it easier for different team members to contribute without constantly relying on developers for every small update. From a consulting perspective, that flexibility matters a lot when projects move quickly. Performance has also been consistently reliable—pages load smoothly, mobile layouts hold up well, and publishing updates rarely becomes a hassle. We’ve connected it with a few external services for analytics and marketing, and setup was fairly straightforward. I also found some of the AI-related tools useful during the early stages of page creation when we needed a quicker starting point for content or layouts.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

There are certain situations where more advanced customization would be helpful, especially for highly specific client requirements. Pricing is reasonable for ongoing professional use, although smaller businesses may hesitate initially. I’d also like a little more flexibility around some integrations and design controls.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Duda, simple content edits and site updates often became more time-consuming than they should have been. Having a single platform for managing layouts, updates, and publishing has made projects easier to coordinate internally. It has reduced delays, improved collaboration with clients during revision rounds, and helped us deliver updates faster without creating unnecessary bottlenecks. Support has also been dependable whenever we needed assistance during active work.

 ### 5. Duda Makes Fast, Team-Friendly Landing Page Updates Simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack S. | Senior Product Designer, Renewables & Environment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Duda?**

We started using Duda mainly for landing page updates and smaller website projects, and it ended up fitting into our workflow more naturally than I expected.
For me, the biggest advantage has been how quickly design changes can be made without slowing down the rest of the team. The editor feels straightforward, and I don’t have to spend unnecessary time digging through menus just to adjust layouts or update sections. I also like that pages generally stay consistent across desktop and mobile without needing constant fixes afterward. From a collaboration standpoint, it’s easier for marketing and content teams to review changes directly instead of everything going back through developers. We’ve connected it with a few external tools for analytics and campaigns, and setup was relatively smooth. I’ve also experimented with some of the AI-related features for generating starter copy and page structures, which helped speed up early drafts during busy projects.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

There are still a few areas where creative flexibility feels slightly restricted compared to fully custom design workflows. Some templates feel more optimized for general business sites than modern product-focused branding. Pricing is understandable for active team usage, although it may not feel as cost-effective for smaller one-off projects.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before this, small design revisions and content changes often became bigger tasks than they needed to be. Duda simplified a lot of that process by making updates easier to manage internally. It reduced the amount of back-and-forth between teams, improved turnaround time for page updates, and helped us keep projects moving without unnecessary delays. Support has also been responsive whenever we needed clarification on something during rollout or onboarding.

 ### 6. Efficient Website With Strong Workflow Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sherry H. | Designer, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Duda?**

I like how Duda streamlines website production for clients and allows us to manage everything from one platform. It helps us build more efficient processes internally. I appreciate that the platform feels agency-focused with features like template site duplication and centralized management, which support teams working on multiple projects at scale. Duda mainly solves problems around efficiency, consistency, and managing multiple client websites without creating extra operational work. I also like how it addresses big management problems, and I find it beneficial that we can control permissions so clients can update the content they need access to without affecting the important parts of the site. The initial setup was simple overall, and the platform was fairly easy for the team to adopt.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

The builder works very well for most business websites, but more advanced customization and layout control would make it more flexible for unique projects.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Duda to streamline website production and manage multiple client sites efficiently. It solves problems of efficiency, consistency, and management, allowing us to control client access and updates without risking site structure.

 ### 7. Strong Platform for Agencies Managing High Volumes of Websites

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grant M. | Sales Leader , Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Duda?**

I use Duda to build and manage websites for clients across different industries. The platform fits well into our agency workflow because it helps keep projects organized while reducing manual effort. I appreciate the white label capabilities and centralized management, which are probably the most valuable features for us. The white label capabilities are extremely valuable because they allow us to present the platform as part of our own service rather than sending clients to a third-party system. The setup process was pretty smooth overall and didn't require heavy technical knowledge to get started.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

For more advanced projects, there are times where the builder can feel slightly restrictive compared to a fully custom solution.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Duda to build and manage websites efficiently, solving operational and scaling issues. It integrates well into our workflow, reduces manual effort, and allows us to present the platform as our own service with its white label capabilities.

 ### 8. Great for Scaling Website Production Without Extra Complexity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea W. | Straregic Marketing Leader , Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Duda?**

I like how agency focused the Duda platform feels. Features like site duplication, reusable sections, and client permissions are clearly designed for teams handling websites at scale rather than individual users building a one-off site. We use Duda as our primary website building platform for client projects, and it works well for agencies because it allows us to create, manage, and maintain multiple websites. One of the biggest issues it solved was the amount of time spent rebuilding similar site structures repeatedly. Setup was easier than expected, with most adjustments coming from adapting our workflow to the platform rather than learning how the platform itself works.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

I'd like to see more advanced customization options for developers and designers who need deeper control over layouts and functionality. I'd like to see more flexibility when it comes to advanced layout control and custom functionality.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duda helps us manage multiple websites efficiently by saving time on rebuilding similar site structures. Features like site duplication, reusable sections, and client permissions enhance our workflow, making it agency-focused and ideal for scaling.

 ### 9. Duda Streamlined Our Workflow with a Clean UI, Fast Performance, and Smooth Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam S. | Founder & CTO, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Duda?**

As the Founder & CTO of Goji Labs, I’ve been using Duda to manage and maintain several client-facing websites, and it has made our workflow much more efficient compared to juggling multiple tools.
What I like most about Duda is how approachable the platform feels without sacrificing functionality. The UI is clean, easy to navigate, and simple enough for non-technical team members to work with comfortably. From a performance standpoint, websites load quickly and mobile responsiveness has been consistently reliable, which is important for client projects. We also use several integrations for analytics and marketing workflows, and the setup process has been fairly smooth overall. Another helpful addition has been the AI-assisted tools for generating starter content and speeding up the early stages of site creation. They’re not perfect, but they definitely help reduce repetitive work.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

The pricing can feel a little high depending on the size of the project, especially for smaller teams. There are also a few advanced customization areas that take time to fully learn. While the current integrations cover most standard needs, I’d still like to see broader support for more specialized tools in the future.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Duda, our team spent a lot of time managing updates across different platforms and workflows. Having everything centralized has simplified onboarding, reduced maintenance overhead, and improved collaboration between technical and non-technical team members. It has helped us launch updates faster, maintain consistency across projects, and ultimately save time internally. Support has also been responsive whenever we’ve run into issues, which makes the platform feel dependable for ongoing client work.

 ### 10. Very Useful For Agencies Handling Multiple Websites

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Felipe C. | Project Manager, Plastics, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

I use Duda as our main platform for creating and maintaining websites for clients at scale. It fits well into an agency workflow where speed and organization matter. I appreciate how it solves operational challenges by making it easier to manage multiple websites from one place. The biggest advantage for us is how much time it saves with features like reusable sections and templates, which significantly improve efficiency. The initial setup was straightforward, and the platform was relatively easy to learn even for team members without a strong technical background.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

I'd like to see more advanced design flexibility for projects that require highly custom layouts or functionality. One area where I'd like to see more flexibility is in creating highly custom layouts without having to work around predefined structure limitations.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Duda to manage multiple client websites efficiently, solving operational challenges by centralizing management and leveraging features like reusable sections and templates, which save us time and improve efficiency.

 ### 11. Great Platform for Managing Client Websites Efficiently

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paolo M. | Marketing Specialist, Food Production, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Duda?**

I use Duda to build and manage websites for multiple clients because it makes the process faster and more organized compared to traditional platforms. Duda helps streamline managing several client sites by centralizing everything, making site management much easier. What I like most is the combination of reusable templates, site duplication, and controlled client access. These features save a lot of production time and allow clients to make edits without affecting the site's structure. The reusable templates and site duplication are particularly valuable for our workflow as they save a huge amount of time since we don't have to rebuild the same structure for every new client project. The setup process was pretty smooth and once the workflow was in place, it became easy to scale projects.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

For more advanced or highly customized projects, the platform can feel a little limiting compared to fully custom development. More flexibility for deeper customization would make it even better.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Duda to build and manage websites efficiently for multiple clients. It streamlines site management by centralizing processes, using reusable templates, and enabling clients to edit without risking site structure.

 ### 12. Duda Streamlines Multi-Client Site Management with an Intuitive, High-Performance Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guido C. | Chief Technology Officer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Duda?**

We currently manage a few internal and client-facing sites on Duda, including ongoing updates and testing before publishing.
What I appreciate most is how easy the platform is to work with on a day-to-day basis. The interface feels clean and straightforward, so even team members who aren’t deeply technical can jump in and make updates. We rely on it to keep multiple client sites consistent, and the performance has been reliable—pages load fast and don’t require much manual optimization. It also connects well with the tools we already use for analytics and marketing, which helps keep everything in sync. Another thing I’ve found useful is the AI-assisted features for generating initial content or layouts—they don’t replace manual work, but they do speed things up when starting new projects.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

The pricing can feel a bit on the higher side, especially if you’re managing smaller projects. Also, while most features are easy to use, some of the more advanced customization options take a bit of time to get comfortable with. I’d also like to see more integrations added over time.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Duda, we were juggling multiple tools to manage different websites, which slowed things down and made updates harder to track. Now everything is in one place, so onboarding new projects and maintaining existing ones is much smoother. It’s helped us save time, reduce back-and-forth within the team, and deliver updates to clients more quickly. Support has been responsive when we’ve needed help, which adds an extra layer of reliability.

 ### 13. Solid Website Platform for Scaling Client work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Volodymyr B. | Marketing Specialist, Outsourcing/Offshoring, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Duda?**

I use Duda to deliver websites for clients and keep my workflow organized and scalable. It is particularly useful for handling multiple projects at the same time. Duda is great for reducing the amount of time spent on repetitive website setup and maintenance tasks, and it helps improve management of client access and updates. I really like the white label and client management features because they allow me to give clients controlled access without worrying about them messing things up. Moreover, the setup was easier than expected, and most of the learning curve came from adjusting our workflow rather than from the platform itself.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

There are moments where the platform feels slightly restrictive for more complex custom builds especially compared to a fully custom coded solution.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Duda to deliver websites for clients efficiently, reducing time on repetitive tasks and improving client access management.

 ### 14. Very Useful for Agencies Handling Multiple Website

The platform helps reduce a lot of the operational overhead involved in website delivery by allowing us to keep everything more centralized and easier to maintain. I particularly value the reusable sections and white-label capabilities, which save time internally and create a more professional experience for clients. The onboarding process was straightforward, allowing us to start building projects fairly quickly.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

There are some limitations when it comes to highly customized functionality. Having more developer-level flexibility would help.

I use Duda to create and maintain websites efficiently, reducing operational overhead by centralizing site management. It saves time with reusable sections and white-label capabilities and fits well in an agency needing speed and consistency.

 ### 15. Strong Platform for Managing Client Websites More Efficiently”

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dennis P. | Creative Director, Sports, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Duda?**

What I like most is how agency-focused the platform feels. It’s clear that Duda is designed for teams managing multiple websites rather than individuals building a one-time site. The centralized dashboard, reusable sections, and client access controls all make daily operations much easier.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

I think Duda could improve in terms of design flexibility for more advanced or highly customized projects. For most business websites, it works really well, but for projects requiring more complex layouts, dynamic content, or unique interactions, it can sometimes feel a bit structured

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest problems Duda solves for us is efficiency in website production and management. Before using it, a lot of time was spent repeating the same setup process across projects, managing edits manually, and dealing with unnecessary maintenance work

 ### 16. A great website builder for growing agencies.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex S. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2019

**What do you like best about Duda?**

My agency has been using Duda for over 8 years. We have about 200 websites on the platform and managing those sites is much easier on Duda than any other platforms we have experience with.

Out of the box, Duda works great and performs great with all the web metrics that are important to my agency and our clients.

Building websites is quick and efficient, whether you're using a pre-built template, or starting from scratch.

There are a number of integrations and widgets that are easy to implement and update, and when my clients are looking for something more custom, we are able to easily develop new widgets and features to work seamlessly on Duda sites.

My team is working within the Duda dashboard every day, and we launch new sites each month.

Issues are sparse, but when we encounter one, Duda Support is quick to help us resolve our issues in a way that achieves our clients' goals.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Duda is a bit of an "unknown" to clients, but this can be a blessing when going up against other design teams using WordPress, Wix, Weebly, SquareSpace, etc. because of how Duda stacks up when thinking about performance metrics like SEO, site speed, accessibility and responsiveness.

**Recommendations to others considering Duda:**

This is a great web builder if you don't need a backend database.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickly + efficiently building websites for SMBs.

It is cost effective and affordable for what we are looking to achieve.

Building sites for mobile + tablet + desktop display is easy and quick.

The site dashboard is really useful for hands-on clients that want to get involved in their site. I also like the monthly and or weekly emails to send to clients with stats and analytics and other updates - it's good to send that out automatedly so I don't have to worry about it.

Additionally, the setup process was simple, enabling us to start building projects fairly quickly after onboarding.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

While the platform is excellent for speed and standardization, I think there's still room for improvement when it comes to handling highly customized design requirements.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Duda to manage client website creation efficiently. It reduces time on setup tasks, streamlines maintenance, and boosts project delivery speed with reusable templates and centralized site management.

I think the platform could improve in terms of design flexibility for more advanced or highly customized projects.

I use Duda to build and manage websites efficiently, solving the issue of time-consuming updates. The reusable templates and sections save time and keep projects consistent.

 ### 19. Duda is the future of website development

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nat R. | Principal / Creative Director, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2018

**What do you like best about Duda?**

My company has been using Duda since they started in business. We have built over 4000 websites with Duda so far, and have 110 in backlog. We have used Wordpress for years and tried Wix, Weebly, and Squarespace. When I say tried, I mean that we were hired to fix sites that were built in the software. All I can say is that Duda is, by far, superior software. And how can I say this? Well, it's in the traffic numbers and leads. Every site we took from Wordpress, Wix, Weebly, and Squarespace to Duda saw dramatic increases in traffic but more importantly leads. Duda is a leads monster. It is fast, elegant and our clients fall in love with it. Technically, this is the best out there--and getting better every day.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

This seems odd, but I cannot think of a negative with Duda. The company simply gets better every week. The templates would be my only negative BUT the new ones have been very, very good. They listen to the negatives and correct them.

**Recommendations to others considering Duda:**

Make the switch and don't look back. Really

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to lower my costs in making websites, thereby lowering my prices so I can help more and more small businesses. Very gratifying and it's due to Duda. I have more clients than ever and a very big problem that they have solved is ongoing server maintenance and hacking issues with Wordpress. These issues cost my company over $20,000 per year in fixing hacks and updating themes and plugins. Money lost. And clients unhappy. These issues are solved with Duda.

 ### 20. Intuitive Site Builder with Top SEO Performance, Though Some Clients Prefer Other CMS Options

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

Ease of use, you can start with a template or make the site really custom. It's very intuitive to use for clients who want to access and update their own sites - and from a technical standpoint sites created in Duda score better in core vitals and other web ranking softwares to most other CMS systems I use for SEO clients.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

I suppose really the only drawback it sometimes clients wish to have a website build in WordPress another CMS, or completely custom, as that's what they may think is the best/ wish to host on their own etc.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's been great to build, host and manage websites in one place and I don't have to worry about plugins having an effect on the general running of the site - all in all less time to maintain Duda website

 ### 21. This hard-core WordPress fan has been converted

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Doc S. | Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Duda?**

The ease of building a site with Duda has been a game-changer for me. I’ve used WP for years, but with Duda I can create a new website that’s more attractive, functional, and secure in a fraction of the time it would take me with WordPress. Duda’s drag & drop builder feels intuitive and straightforward to use, and the out-of-the-box functionality really sets it apart for my needs. On top of that, their world-class tech support is a major bonus.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

My only hesitation was having to host on Duda instead of my usual host. Still, I understand—and accept—that requirement, given how much under-the-hood value they provide.

At first, I was also a bit put off by needing to edit CSS in multiple places rather than working with a single master CSS file. But as I got more familiar with the platform, that concern quickly faded.

Overall, I have no complaints about Duda.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think the single greatest solution that Duda has provided is its tech support. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and flexible.

 ### 22. Efficient, Easy-to-Use Website Builder with Regular Updates

**Reviewed by:** Derrick L. | Web developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Duda?**

Efficient and easy to use
Duda is awesome to use for building websites.

The layout of the editor is easy to navigate and it is not hard to pick up. They consistently update their system with the latest tools to help keep websites to keep the process efficient, as well us giving more options for design. Highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Some quality of life updates could be used for some widgets (ex. not having to individually hide button on all items in the new media slider widget). But as mentioned before, Duda is constantly updating and adding new features, so I'm updates like these are inevitable.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A fast and seamless way to build websites. It makes the job much more efficient and stress free.

**Reviewed by:** Liam S. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Duda?**

Duda has been a game changer for my career. The platform is powerful, easy to use, and constantly improving. The design tools are regularly updated with meaningful new features that help me build better websites and deliver stronger results for my clients. It strikes the right balance between flexibility and efficiency, which gives me confidence when launching and managing multiple projects.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Like any platform, there are occasional limitations depending on the complexity of a project, and some advanced customizations require workarounds. That said, the team continues to improve the product, and most limitations have become less of an issue over time as new features roll out.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duda helped me transition from working for other marketing companies to confidently running my own web design agency. It simplifies site management, speeds up production, and makes it easy to scale. The platform allows me to deliver professional, high-performing websites efficiently while focusing more on growing my business. I also appreciate the strong community around Duda — especially the Facebook groups — where designers collaborate, share ideas, and support each other in building better websites.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dylan D. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Duda?**

Rapid deployment of sites, ease of use, advanced enough that we can code in anything we need while also being user friendly enough to turn over to client without any confusion on their end, excellent support team.

Our Maintenance team is also enjoying less emergency server maintenance as we have migrated many Wordpress sites off of servers and onto the Duda platform. The added stability allows them to focus on more productive and valuable projects.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Duda is the best we have ever used--and we have used them all. There is just not much to dislike with this software. It is head and shoulders above the competition.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We cater to many small businesses. Typically small business are in the market for more custom and niche website builds and Duda allows us to create for them with ease. Major benefits we have profited from in using Duda would be greater speed of development, faster response times to client requests, simplified development and reduction in maintenance costs over other platforms we have used previously.

The added efficiency has allowed our team to scale our workload significantly without having to add additional team members to facilitate the additional projects.

**Reviewed by:** Leonardo S.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Duda?**

I used Duda to build our event website for our Travel Innovation Summit in Milan. It made me save time and money because it was very easy to use and didn't require coding skills. This was a game changer and a time-saving solution, especially with the tight schedule and many changes needed. I love its ease of use and flexibility, which helped keep us agile and independent. I appreciate Duda's performance, reliability, and design flexibility. Performance is key for SEO and provides users with a fast, responsive website. Reliability is crucial when you put your brand out there, especially for events. Flexibility is helpful when you don't have a team of graphic designers in-house. The initial setup was super easy, and I'd rate my likelihood to recommend it as a 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Nothing comes to mind.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duda saves me time and money, requiring no coding skills. It's a game changer with its ease of use and flexibility, keeping us agile and independent for event updates. I also appreciate its performance, reliability, and design flexibility.

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Duda?**

Duda is an excellent no-code platform that allows you to build a website fast and with ease. The platform is always evolving and new features keep being added several times per month.

I'd like to highlight Duda's support team, which is always responsive and often resolves issues within a day.

There are a lot of features and additional app integrations.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

There are some limitations to the platform; it could do with some animation improvements, but the platform has grown well over 2024. One of the highlights is native eCommerce and AI technology that is contantly evolving.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform offers quick and easy website development, automated billing, third-party service integration, and AI features. It also allows for fast website replication and template creation, making it easy to reuse designs in the future. All of these features help to simplify web development, significantly reducing the time and effort required throughout the process.

 ### 28. Seamless Website Management with Unmatched Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lori O. | Founder and Chief Solutions Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Duda?**

I love Duda for its strong focus on supporting agencies, which was apparent from the moment I started using it. Transitioning from other platforms like Squarespace and Wix, I was delighted to discover how easily Duda managed to overcome the limitations I faced with those platforms. It was not difficult at all to set up, which matches the ease of use that made me appreciate it even more. Duda eases the processes of adding clients and keeping track of them, which is crucial for my agency. I have tremendous confidence in the quality of the websites and the service provided, knowing they are reliable and always available. A standout aspect is Duda's ongoing commitment to improvement, especially with AI features around SEO, which makes managing alt text and meta descriptions much easier—from one convenient place. The customer service and support for agencies are top-notch, reinforcing my decision to choose Duda over others. The ease of integration with other software like HighLevel strengthens its versatility for my agency, allowing seamless connections without the need for additional CRM systems. Ultimately, these aspects collectively make Duda a 10 out of 10 recommend for others.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

The only thing I would change with Duda is adding a CRM system, but I know that is a huge endeavor.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Duda simplifies client management and ensures high-quality, reliable websites. Its ease of use and excellent support solve hosting worries, making it easy to support my clients.

 ### 29. Duda supercharges agency growth with scalable site building and automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

Duda's robust automation and API features allowed our agency to scale from managing 10 websites to hundreds. The platform's dynamic pages, SEO tools, and templating system make site building incredibly efficient, letting our team focus on marketing strategies instead of coding.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

While Duda's feature set is comprehensive, I'd love to see more third-party plugin options and deeper custom code capabilities. Nevertheless, the platform's ease of use, automation, and scalability far outweigh these minor limitations.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duda has completely transformed the way our agency builds, manages, and scales client websites. Before switching, we struggled with time-consuming builds, plugin conflicts, and maintenance issues on other platforms. With Duda, we’ve automated much of our workflow—allowing one account manager to oversee hundreds of websites seamlessly.

Its powerful CMS, intuitive editor, and client management tools let our team focus on strategy and results instead of troubleshooting tech. The platform’s speed, reliability, and built-in SEO capabilities mean every site we publish performs exceptionally well out of the box.

 ### 30. Powerful site designer with incredible AI features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gerry W. | SEO Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Duda?**

I am using the top end functionality of Duda, to do some very simple sites, but as I dig in I keep finding that there is a lot more functionality that I haven't even touched on - the support is amazing and I can manage a lot of sites easily and quickly.

I have used it for multiple sites now, a car garage, my company site as well as several smaller sites.

The AI features make creation and management very easy.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Some things are a little trickier and knowing exactly where to look within the interface, can be challenging - but that is common, sometimes learning a product takes a bit of time and the tools within it are very powerful

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was looking for a comprehensive CMS to help me create several robust websites that are also optimized for SEO, rapidly created and future proofed by being both fast and expandable.

 ### 31. Constantly Evolving Platform That Puts Users First

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shawn D. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

They are constantly improving and thinking about how we can better serve our audiences. We have also found that it is by far the best platform for businesses that need a high performing/low maintenance website.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

There is a comments function that is excellent for collecting feedback from clients. They can add comments directly to the site. But when you are the developer trying to make the changes from the comments there is no real easy way to see comments and make edits. You have to turn off comments to make edits.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We advise our clients to treat their website as an extension of their business, not just a digital brochure. What can your website do to help you keep your audience informed, qualify customers, etc. Duda has countless ways where this is easily accomplished and very manageable for the clients.

 ### 32. Great AI Website Builder, But Poor Email Support Experience

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hung T. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

The AI website builder is fantastic and provides a powerful starting point for site design. I especially appreciate how easy it is to edit and publish the website once the AI draft is complete; the overall site creation process is very smooth and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

The email support is extremely disappointing and has been slow and unhelpful. We've had significant trouble getting assistance with converting our trial to a paid plan and applying a promo code. Even after flagging the issue as urgent, the reply took days with no clear resolution provided.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Difficulty of Starting from Scratch (and Time), Duda provides a powerful AI builder and a user-friendly drag-and-drop interface, Duda eliminates the need for coding knowledge and months of development time. We get a professional, high-quality website up and running fast. This allows us to immediately start marketing our products and services instead of getting stuck in the technical building process. The easy-to-use editor means we can update information yourself instantly.

 ### 33. Great customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick F. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

Even though I am new to building a website Duda did a great job of making it easy for me. Made me realize what I thought was a daunting task actually pretty easy. From their initial interface I was able to choose a template and immediately get to work. Whether I had to upload my own pictures or create new sections, the Duda interface was very easy and straight forward.

The only time I ran into an issue I was able to contact their customer support, I got a response if a timely manor and we were able to resolve my issue with ease.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

The only issue I had with Duda was their AI help bot. It was helpful but I got stuck in a loop in which it kept recommending the same solutions even though it was not working. This was a minor inconvenience and once Customer support was contacted it was resolved.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duda allows me to easily build a website in which We use to gain more clients for our business.

 ### 34. Beginner-Friendly Platform with Great Support – But Some Editing and Chatbot Issues

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lotte V. | Business Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

I’m not very technically skilled, yet I still managed to build simple websites with Duda. The platform is generally intuitive and makes it easy to find where to change things.

It’s also very straightforward to upload custom fonts and images, and to make your website adapt to different devices. Connecting Google Tag and Google Ads is simple as well, thanks to the built-in pixel integration.

Customer support is excellent once you get in touch with a real person — replies are quick, clear, and helpful, and issues are usually resolved efficiently.

After creating a simple website with a contact form, I ran an in-depth accessibility check. I was pleased to see that very few issues came up. The only significant problem was that the contact form wasn’t keyboard accessible. After contacting Duda, they advised using an external plugin as a solution.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Text editing can be frustrating. When replacing text, the font style, size, and color often change unexpectedly, even when the text is clearly set to “Heading 2.” This slows down the editing process and requires manual reformatting.

The chatbot experience is poor — it repeatedly asks you to log in, even after you have done so, and then only offers two clickable responses: “never mind” and “couldn’t log in.” It doesn’t register that you are logged in, which leaves you stuck in a loop.

It would be great if Duda could improve the text editor’s consistency and fix the chatbot experience to make getting help easier.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duda allows me to build websites myself without having to hire expensive web developers. Even with no programming skills, I can create a functional and professional-looking website with features like contact forms and automations. This saves both time and money while giving me full control over updates and design.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Nothing major to complain about overall; I just think the price could be a little better for multi-website plans.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating websites and landing pages quickly—and they look beautiful, too.

 ### 37. Duda is hassle-free

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anatole F. | Business owner and Permaculture designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

For me, Duda is an intuitive and good working all-in one website builder.
In the past I used an known open-source website builder for two websites.
I'm using Duda since 2021 for my own company website and it's awesome.
Not only there is all what you need, it's also easy to use and hassle-free.
For me Duda is a no-brainer, I recommend it to all the entrepreneurs I know.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Sometimes you find some (very few) features that are limited to modify when you can't code.
Luckily, the support service is very kind and helpful.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duda is an All-in one website builder, all what you need is there, no need of 12 plug-ins of other companies for basic features, no need to update parts separately.
For more advanced features, there are extra plugins (apps) but mainly for webshops and most of them look like an alternative of what you already have on Duda.

 ### 38. Easy-to-set-up kit with excellent service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dirk S. | Web-Content-Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

I find setting up Duda super easy and very user-friendly, which makes it a great tool for beginners. I like to recommend it to my clients because it gives them the opportunity to co-design, which is very important. I particularly appreciate the ability to offer individual customer logins and the flexibility to create a platform that is precisely tailored to my clients' needs. The agency license from Duda is extremely useful for me because it allows for individual customization without additional costs and enables clients to actively participate in their web presence. I also use the Zapier app as a central interface and appreciate the easy integration of HTML widgets. The reason I would buy Duda again is the great service, as I can easily resolve questions via LinkedIn.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

I would wish for more opportunities for Mini Creators like my small company. More contact, more collaboration. More cooperation.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Duda to provide my clients with a platform that can be customized. It is user-friendly, helps with presentations, and allows for logical integration of clients. The agency license supports their involvement without additional costs.

The overall usability and flexibility for well-designed website customization stand out to me. The platform provides attractive templates that serve as a solid starting point for launching a web project, yet it remains simple to modify and adapt to suit each client’s needs. Its user-friendly interface is especially important for our clients, allowing them to manage their websites effortlessly once they are live.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

We have had a great experience with the Duda platform, and our overall feedback is very positive. At this time, there is nothing that we dislike about it.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our clients want websites that are not only well designed but also simple to manage, and Duda delivers on both fronts.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Duda is user-friendly and helps me understand clients' needs visually. It evolves constantly, so I can effectively bring clients' visions to life. Switching from WordPress, I find Duda faster and less complicated.

 ### 42. Hard to find perfect, but Duda is right there

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luke J. | Websites Onboarding Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

Duda makes it easy to build and manage websites, offering everything needed to set customers up for success. The support team is excellent, and their partners consistently provide helpful updates and valuable insights.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

There’s intermittent lag across the site builders, which can affect team members’ workflows. Issues include slow responsiveness and, at times, changes not being saved—both of which can be problematic.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duda is solving the complexity of building and managing websites by providing an intuitive platform with all the necessary tools in one place. This makes it easier and faster to set customers up for success without needing extensive technical expertise. Additionally, their strong support team and engaged partner network offer timely updates and valuable insights, helping us stay informed and efficient. While there are occasional performance lags, the overall experience has significantly streamlined our workflow and improved our ability to deliver quality websites at scale.

 ### 43. Ideal solution for web design agencies and freelancers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruno B. | Gerente de Operações, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

What contributes most to the day-to-day is the ease of the drag-and-drop editor. Duda manages to balance simplicity with advanced features. You can create professional websites quickly without technical knowledge, but still have the flexibility for more complex customizations when necessary.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Inconsistencies in the mobile version. Not everything syncs automatically between desktop and mobile. Despite being "mobile-first," some changes do not automatically reflect on the mobile version, requiring manual adjustments - contradicting the promise of agility.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest challenge I faced was the constant volume of requests for small content updates from clients. Duda's permission system solved this issue by allowing clients to make basic changes autonomously, such as text updates and blog posts. This significantly optimized my time, allowing for greater focus on strategic projects, while providing clients with the necessary flexibility to manage their content independently.

 ### 44. Six years in — still the fastest way to build and scale client sites.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Callum W. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

What I respect most about Duda is how much of the heavy lifting it does behind the scenes. The platform is fast — not just for visitors, but for the people building with it. Sites perform brilliantly out of the box in terms of Core Web Vitals, and the visual editor is genuinely intuitive, even for non-technical team members. But the real gem for me is the widget builder — especially now with AI-assisted workflows and MCP. It allows us to create reusable components at scale, which completely shifts how we think about client deliverables. For agencies that know how to productise their services, Duda becomes more than a website builder — it becomes infrastructure.

I also want to call out customer support — I use Duda alot every single day. I live in the platform. And while that might sound extreme, it speaks to how deeply integrated Duda is into our agency’s workflow. When you’re working at that level of frequency, having fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful support makes a huge difference. It’s one of those behind-the-scenes strengths that’s easy to overlook in a review, but it’s a big part of why we’ve stuck with Duda over the years.

From an implementation perspective, the learning curve is surprisingly low. If I were to score it, I’d say 3.5 out of 10 — much easier than tools like Webflow or Framer. Editor 2.0 in particular is a massive leap forward. It’s a modern, flexible design interface that’s made site building feel smoother and more scalable. I know some long-time users have found the transition from the classic editor difficult — but if you’re new to Duda and reading this review, you’ll be starting fresh with Editor 2.0. That’s a much better entry point, and I genuinely think most users will adapt quickly.

Not everything in the platform fits every workflow — and that’s okay. For instance, I don’t use Duda’s native client billing or content collection tools because we have an external system that handles that more efficiently for our agency. The built-in commenting tool isn’t the strongest on the market either. But the beauty is, Duda’s Zapier integration is solid — we’re able to trigger external workflows when comments are added, for example, creating tickets or notifications in the systems we do use. So even if their native solution doesn’t fit, you’re not boxed in. You can extend Duda to match your preferred way of working, which is a strength not enough platforms get right.

Duda’s white-label CMS is also a standout feature. It gives us full control over the client experience, letting us grant access where needed without exposing the underlying platform. Combined with fast hosting, robust infrastructure, and the ability to scale repeatable design, Duda ends up being far more than just a web builder — it’s a modern agency platform that actually understands agency needs.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Some of the limitations are structural rather than functional. For example, the white-label platform is a huge strength — but it also means there’s less visibility or excitement around what’s possible unless you’re already deep in the ecosystem. Also, the documentation and support around more advanced features (like the widget builder or MCP automation) can lag a bit behind the innovation. You’re often figuring things out through trial and error. That’s not a complaint — that’s part of being early. But it does mean you need to be comfortable pushing the boundaries without much of a map.

The bigger frustration for me is around pricing tiers. One of the most powerful aspects of Duda today is its investment in AI — tools that can automate the hard stuff and make high-level functionality much more accessible. And in theory, that’s what AI should do: reduce friction, flatten complexity, give agencies leverage. But in practice, many of these new AI-driven features launch with their best functionality locked behind a custom enterprise plan. Lower-tier users get a trimmed-down MVP, while the full potential — which doesn’t necessarily cost Duda more to provide — is only available to those doing high volume.

To put it in perspective, you need to be building 107 sites just to make the custom plan financially viable. That’s not speculation — that’s the number shared directly by their growth team. And to me, that creates a bit of a contradiction. Duda’s original mission, which is what drew me to the platform six years ago, was to make web design accessible and scalable for agencies — especially smaller ones looking to productize their services. But now, it feels like some of the most innovative tools are gated away from the very agencies they’d help the most.

None of this takes away from how strong the platform is. Even on lower tiers, Duda remains an incredibly capable, efficient, and client-friendly system. We’ve built on Webflow, Framer, WordPress, you name it — but Duda’s white-label structure, fast hosting, and flexible CMS make it the clear choice for our agency. We’re proudly Duda-first. But when asked what I dislike, it’s worth highlighting where the platform’s evolution doesn’t always align with its original promise.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duda solves one of the biggest problems agencies face: how to build and deliver high-quality websites quickly, without compromising on performance, SEO, or client usability.

The biggest win is speed — both in how fast we can build, and how fast the sites load. The platform allows both us, on the agency side, and our clients, on the client side, to make changes instantly without touching code. Most platforms say they offer this — but very few deliver it at the level Duda does. WordPress with Elementor, for example, is slow, clunky, and poor on SEO without loads of tweaks. Duda, on the other hand, is essentially what Elementor wants to be — white-labeled, Core Web Vitals-friendly, and lightning-fast both front and back end.

It dramatically reduces the friction between design and development. Traditional workflows often go from Figma to dev handoff, then into build — which adds time, cost, and complexity. Duda replaces that entire flow with a drag-and-drop system that’s genuinely fast and flexible. Unlike other drag-and-drop builders, it doesn’t buckle under pressure. Even platforms like Framer — which claim to be quick — don’t automatically handle breakpoints and responsiveness the way Duda does.

From personal experience, the time-to-site with Duda is night and day compared to other systems. After six years, I can confidently build a site in a day that brings in over £1,000 in profit — and that includes design, layout, copy, metadata, schema, responsiveness, and handoff. Try doing that with Webflow, WordPress, or Framer at that margin.

Everything’s built-in: hosting, SSL, CMS access, SEO controls, schema markup, alt text tools, AI-generated content and images, stock photo and video libraries, automatic LLMS.txt file generation, easy Google Search Console and Tag Manager integration, native cookie compliance tools — even popups, form builders, and personalization features. All of this reduces the amount of third-party tooling, which means fewer breakpoints, fewer subscriptions, and faster delivery.

Multi-language support is another huge benefit. I recently translated a full site into six languages in under five minutes — and it just worked. The client was blown away. They’d previously used WPML on WordPress, which took months to wrangle with ACF fields and other issues. With Duda, it’s a single button press.

Ultimately, every agency’s biggest challenge is maximizing yield: how much value you can generate for the time spent. Duda nails that better than any other platform I’ve used — and we’ve used them all. That’s why we’re Duda-first.

 ### 45. Duda Support Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

The user experience and design of Duda is very easy to use and understand - even if you haven't spent a lot of time on the website. This also makes it easy to explain how to edit a website to a client. The website builder is very easy to pick up quickly and the customer support chat is always friendly and willing to help with whatever questions that someone might have. I use it almost every day for work. It's easy to implement and integrate Duda into client work.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

There are not very many downsides to Duda. I would say the biggest one is transferring a website to Editor 2.0. Sometimes, I want to rewrite over a website with new branding, and I want to be able to transfer it from the older editor to the new one without completely recreating the site design.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duda is solving the Agency problem of having to manage and build all sorts of client websites. It's easy to start a new website quickly and customize it to each clients' needs. With the client tab, it's convenient to be able to give certain permissions to the client or lock certain editing areas if it's something that they shouldn't change. It's benefitting me by making the work easier and straightforward for both me and the client.

 ### 46. A great service

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael B. | Digital Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Duda?**

Duda provides me with a stable platform to design and launch my client websites. It has most of the features I need and the suppot team is excellent. The best part is I don't have to worry about core updates, plugins updates, backups, and malware that I normally have to deal with in Wordpress installations. Customer support for agencies is top notch. 100% of my issues have been resolved in a timely manner, usually immediately, or same-day.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Duda has some limitations with the way it allows me to use dynamic data (what they call "collections"). Not as much flexibility as "custom post types" offer in Wordpress.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its quick an easy to launch a website. Keeps all my clients in one place, one interface, and allows me to focus on content, and not technology.

 ### 47. Effortless Website Building for Agencies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tony W. | Adjunct Professor, Marketing and Advertising

**What do you like best about Duda?**

I like Duda for its pricing and simplicity. I really like the AI stack and the web page builder. Its setup is super easy, and it's much easier to maintain than WordPress. Duda is very good for agencies and it's very quick to build.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

It could always be faster.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duda is very good for agencies, quick to build, and much easier to maintain than WordPress.

 ### 48. Duda: Top-Notch SEO, Speed, and Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shaun S. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

Duda excels in SEO, website speed, and outstanding customer support.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

I can't think of anything that I dislike about Duda.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duda tackles key website-building challenges, delivering significant benefits for my business and my clients, especially in local SEO, where it outperforms platforms like WordPress.

Here’s how:

Simplified Website Development: Duda’s intuitive drag-and-drop editor and pre-designed templates make building websites fast and easy, eliminating the technical complexity of managing plugins, hosting, or updates required by WordPress. This saves time and reduces costs, allowing me to focus on growing my business.

Superior Mobile Optimization: Duda’s mobile-responsive templates and Vary: User-Agent feature ensure websites load quickly and look great on any device. This improves user experience, boosts client satisfaction, and enhances search rankings due to better mobile performance.

Powerful Local SEO Tools: Duda’s built-in SEO features, like customizable meta tags, schema markup, and Google PageSpeed optimization, drive superior local SEO results. Its flat URL structure and global CDN help my clients’ websites rank higher in local searches, attracting more customers compared to WordPress’s less streamlined SEO capabilities.

Streamlined Client Management: For my agency, Duda’s client management tools, including team collaboration and white-label options, simplify handling multiple projects. This scalability improves efficiency, enabling me to serve more clients effectively.

These solutions have accelerated my workflow, enhanced my clients’ online visibility, and driven more traffic to their businesses, making Duda a game-changer over WordPress for local SEO and overall performance.

 ### 49. Reliable & Responsive Duda Support Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph F. | Associate Website Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

I would say I truly love the ease and efficiency that the website builder offers us customers. I have never tried any other builder that can operate as Duda. I would also like to commend the support team that handles tickets, they are all reliable and accommodating to multiple concerns I had when I was facing them. The builder itself offers more than you can think of, so that's a major plus! The implementation is so easy; implementing widgets, apps, and customization is so easily accessible for a first-time user. I use this builder on a day-to-day basis as a website designer. The integration feature is something I admire, not all website builder have this embedded in their system. No one can do it like Duda!

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

I have none so far, my experience with Duda has been more than amazing!

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SEO is such an amazing feature! The implementation of apps to the website is so easy to add to the website.

 ### 50. Great design builder for agencies, but limited for solo users

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tina B. | Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

The drag-and-drop editor is smooth and easy to use, and the templates are modern and responsive. It’s fast to build something good-looking without needing code. I liked that it had a clean interface and the animations were simple to apply.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

As a solo user, I felt a bit limited by the design flexibility. I couldn’t freely move elements or add more advanced animations. Also, the pricing felt high for just one site, and there’s no free plan. It’s clearly more geared toward agencies (client management system) than individual users. The pricing is high for just one site, especially since ecommerce costs extra and the app store is small.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was looking for an easy way to build a clean, responsive website without needing to write code. Duda helped with that through its modern templates and drag-and-drop editor. It made it easy to test ideas and build something that looked polished. However, as a solo user, I didn’t benefit much from the client-focused features, and the platform lacked the design flexibility I wanted. The price also felt high for a single site, especially since ecommerce and advanced features cost extra.
