It is very easy to use and even new joinees can learn it very quickly. We have solution center where we can find solutions for most of the Duck Creek problems. **What do you dislike about Duck Creek Policy?** For Duck Creek there are not enough resources available and due to this we stuck in complex situation. Sometimes mapping the fields becomes too critical for private and public fields. After the latest upgrade, it is very difficult to add any stored procedures in the database.
