Other than that, its an excellent product for customers as well as developers. **What problems is Duck Creek Claims solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1.A lot of custom issues are solved through an equally excellent Console application where we can design UIs, add/remove fields, make behavior changes, set up conditional requirements and functions. 2.Third party integration becomes more efficient. 3. Custom changes can be made in database where new tables can be added for new pages created and thus new UIs can also be maintained. ### 11.
