You can customise the installments, invoicing,add your customized account plans, policy plans. The commission payment works smoothly in billing system. The follow up activities on invoicing, PCN let's you track the account status without any hassle. **What do you dislike about Duck Creek Billing?** Duck Creek Billing is good as long as the data from policy side flows to Billing correctly. If the transactions don't flow to billing, the account has lot of issues to resolve starting with rebalancing each transaction along with payment and premium. You need to be very careful while transferring migration policies. If something is wrong at the beginning, then it affect all future transactions. **What problems is Duck Creek Billing solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy to use and lot of customisation are available at manuscript level such as modifying follow up activities, invoicing, suspend allocation, installation schedules.
