"Collect requests and show interactive roadmap"
4/5
What do you like best about Ducalis?

Initially, I was attracted by a comprehensive set of features for the prioritisation of tasks and user stories. Using Ducalis for prioritisation of the backlog helped me understand the approaches and try different prioritisation models and approaches.

Now we use Ducalis as a tool to collect customers' feedback and feature requests, along with publishing part of what is in progress, to update our users on what there is to look forward to in the new releases. We also use automated release notes to send release news to our clients.

I personally like the interface because of how intuitive and self-explanatory it is, at each step of my journey, there are docs and videos to explain the features and support me. All the tools that we need for our use case are there.

Our team likes to explore Ducalis' features and apply them to our everyday tasks. We appreciate support from the Ducalis team.

There are a lot of integrations out of the box; it was easy to add Ducalis to our interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ducalis?

We mostly use light color scheme, while Ducalis looks better in dark mode.

We have some difficulties balancing text and pictures throughout the produc modules—either the picture is too big or the text too small and compressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nice tool for prioritizing tasks company-wise"
4/5
What do you like best about Ducalis?

Ducalis is quite a cool tool for prioritizing features, we use it biweekly. Voting and visualization works correctly and as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ducalis?

If I had to criticize something, it would be not the tool itself, but the fact that we not always have enough information about each task to properly vote, and that including all possible tasks make everyone in the team lose quite a lot of time everytime we need to vote. But honestly, that's more about our internal task management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy way to prioritize backlog"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Ducalis?

Very convenient system of framework customization, backlog evaluation. A cool tool for discussing with the team only those features that need to be discussed. But before that, you should learn to prioritize the backlog as a whole with your team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ducalis?

There are minor UX UI issues, small and inconsequential UI bugs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ducalis?

All expectations were absolutely met. The customer support service was prompt and friendly. Prior to starting the work, the Dukalis team conducted a detailed demo and remained in constant communication during the preparation of our first prioritization and afterwards. "Prioritisation made easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Ducalis?

Working in startups for many years, I always struggled to find the most suitable tool to prioritise backlog and ideas. Some platforms were too complex to handle or to get non-tech people engaged. Others are way too expensive or require a long commitment. Then, I came across Ducalis and from the start, I realised it was the right tool for my team, as it avoided said problems. A super-straight integration and smooth usage helped onboard us and got the team into Ducalis.

Furthermore, the support is second to none, as answers are quick and straight to the problem. They have also been keen to support our needs and get our suggestions into their backlog. I love this tool's flexibility and constant evolution and fully recommend Ducalis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ducalis?

The integration with Jira worked wonders, yet I missed other integrations, such as Notion, yet I know the team is on the case to make that happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A good product for the work of the product team and collecting feedback from users"
5/5
What do you like best about Ducalis?

With the help of Ducallis, we have created a public board where users can offer new features and vote for them - this allowed us to better understand the needs of our customers. The development process has become transparent for both the team and customers - they see all the statuses of tasks in real time and understand how much their idea is in demand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ducalis?

At the moment, we lack the function of writing public release notes to ideas so that users understand how to use them. But we regularly communicate with the Ducallis team. Some of the features we offered have already been developed. The Ducallis team also has a public board where we can offer ideas for improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A very helpful tool for getting ideas from your users"
5/5
What do you like best about Ducalis?

We used Ducalis to prepare a roadmap for our users when we were going to launch on Appsumo. Actually, as I understand for guys their Voting board functionality is not the core one, the core product is for product teams to score and manage hypotheses and ideas. But our experience started with voting boards and they worked perfectly for us. Cause:

- Ducalis has multiple integrations with different task management tools, that allowed me easily upload all my backlog from Youtrack in few clicks;

- Setup process was very easy, in 1 day I already had a roadmap with a lot of tickets, which I uploaded from Youtrack;

- UI and UX are really smooth

- I was able to customise my roadmap in my brand colours, it was important, cause we used it on our subdomain and would like to keep the experience of our users like they using our interface

- We got 200+ tickets from our new users in a few weeks and it was quite easy for me to manage them, cause I could score and prioritise them straight away in Ducalis and after I could push it to my dev team ticketing system for the implementation stage already

- Users can lease comments and I receive emails straight away. I could see comments in my email and could go and answer again straight away. All who were signed up for this ticket - received my answer and stayed up-to-date. It sounds easy and simple, almost everybody has this. But for me this is a great point, cause before we were collecting users' answers in our feedback form on the website and we kept them in the database. No comment, no email. Really complicated to chat fast with users

- Price is super reasonable

- And also important for me - guys were really responsive and even implemented some small improvements based on my feedback.

The roadmap is a public voting board. Now we think about moving some of our B2B partners to private boards, to keep a common working space for each of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ducalis?

The only thing that was not really clear for me in the beginning and that influenced my experience with Ducalis - they don't have for the moment two-way automatic sync with Youtrack. So if I push users' requests to my dev team and after the team moves the ticket to the Done stage - I would love to see the initial user's ticket be closed in Ducalis. Now I need to collect updates and manually change roadmap tickets status for users to be informed about the status of their tasks. But I got from Ducalis that they are already on this task. So maybe with other task management systems, there are no such problems. Besides this - everything is perfect, as for me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
