Love this for billing clients but wish it was more affordable and features easier to use **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Courtney s. | CEO/Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2022 **What do you like best about Dubsado?** Easy to bill clients and we love the way the emails look when we send them from Dubsado. **What do you dislike about Dubsado?** Wish that there was an easier way to load contracts--there's a lot of sections you need to go through in order to load an old contract or form. **What problems is Dubsado solving and how is that benefiting you?** Billing clients and creating contracts ### 2. We used the scheduling, invoicing and contract features but didn't have a use for the many others that are available. **What do you dislike about Dubsado?** It is not an intuitive system and has a very steep learning curve. Many companies need to hire someone to set their Dubsado up for them, and then don't know how to use it themselves. **Recommendations to others considering Dubsado:** It might be better for creatives since that is who they market directly to. But for other small businesses, there are other options out there that are less expensive and easier to use. **What problems is Dubsado solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a place where we could create and send contracts, and receive signatures back. We also used Dubsado to schedule and send invoices. But it took so long to learn any piece of it that we ended up using other tech to do things that Dubsado is capable of doing for us. **Official Response from Joleena Henson:** > Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to submit feedback.
