We have found the sytem very intuitive and it has allowed us with ease to communicate with our clients through a video format on all our social media platforms. The ease of use to be able to download videos on to these platforms has been the game changer for us. I haven't used all the options on Dubb as yet, however, it is packed with value and solutions from video to CRM and workflow tracking. I do find it a bit pricey. Starting with the free option the constant barrage of options to upgrade is a little annoying. However, it can be turned off. Nothing particularly because I love it, but it would be nice if there is a feature to automate the intro message header, and as a sales rep when I have hundreds of accounts and thousands of contacts, it gets a bit daunting to put together the video slthough they are the most effective. This platform does soooo many things. It really allows you to use video in a variety of different ways. I love that I can create a "link in bio" on social media with a video in it, scripts for my teammates, use it as a teleprompter, and so much more. This tool is awesome! Dubb allows me to record a video quickly and easily from my browser. It works first time, every time and means I can easily create videos without worry if the tech will hold up. I use the videos for internal comms with my team, and also to create videos for clients. When we take on a new client, as soon as I get the notification, it's effortless to record them a friendly video to thank them and welcome them into our sphere of influence.
