What I disliked about Dubb was the early stages of learning the software. You have to finetune your whole business process to fully get the hang of what Dubb offers. Not necessarily a negative, just a learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Was looking for something to some personalized videos to help humanize the interaction process. These days, people don't want to read so much and would prefer to see a live human speaking, so Dubb was perfect for creating short video snippets to convey key messages. The ability to track video messages gave me much-needed insights/analytics into the process to see how well my campaigns were going. For example, I loved seeing how far (% wise) a prospect was watching a video. Furthermore, the automation and CRM features were nice icing on the cake. There were a wide selection of CTAs and design customization options too. Dubb is great for helping convert services that often look like commodities. The overwhelming features of Dubb are both its strength and its downfall. The UX/UI is quite intimidating at first. It takes time to become familiar with all the features. Sometimes, the options for video editing are a bit sparse. Need to do more than basic trimming. The landing pages also need a bit more polish, since they're looking a bit dated and lackluster. Since the beginning of the Dubb usage, new features in the Dubb have been rather limited, and some essential features are behind the extra charge. Several other video tools in my pocket currently deliver those important features without additional cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can create custom landing pages for my listings to deliver content all on 1 page, including my video walkthroughs, 3D tours, and Seller's disclosures. Buyers can even schedule showings on that single landing page that I creat in Dubb! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using many of these tools - HippoVideo, Loom, etc. -- and found Dubb to be very straight forward and easy to use.

The support is also excellent. I ran into a few quirks with my own machine accessing the audio / video to properly record things. Their support team got back to me quickly. I haven't used the tool extensively - and not really using it for a CRM. I was looking for a simple tool to record my video and send it. The pricing is reasonable - on the mid/high side for some of the cheap tools that are out there. But, it's well designed for a team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't use Dubb directly as a CRM, but as an integration piece to the Repfabric CRM, I can use it on any device. Dubb's tracking of views of your video messages and call to action makes it the perfect complement to Repfabric. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how you can add various elements to your video page. You can add text and call-to-action buttons so that you can give your leads the next step to take action. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The design of the video landing pages can look a little outdated. The overall UI can be improved so that it looks more modern. I also don't like how you need to pause your ad blockers to view all the iframes and addons on the landing page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dubb's customer service and support team is excellent - they will brainstorm with you on various solutions and collaborate with you on how to implement them. They even have the ability to help you build out some Landing Page Assets when using their Free Version of their platform before you buy.

But easily Dubb's strongest feature is their LANDING PAGE where you are able to place Articles, Videos, Calendar AND a realtime Chat widget to interact with the visitor while they are watching your video. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am a big fan of their realtime Chat feature - however you cannot customize any preset words within the Chat Bot (they say that is coming down the road however, so that is excellent). I would also like to elevate the profile of the Chat Bot so it is quicker/eaiser for the visitor to see while watching the video (similar to how a popup Chat Bot appears on most websites). I love how easy it is to make a video regardless of the instance. I can make a video by going to the website, accessing my Chrome extensions, when I'm using Gmail, or if I'm on my phone. It encourages me to use it more than if I didn't have Dubb this easily accessible Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes, depending on the instance, some features are harder to find or aren't available. So depending on what I'm trying to accomplish, I may have to move to a difference version of Dubb. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
