I personally like the gif preview it provides when emailing or texting the video links. This overcomes the major barrier of skepticism and uncertainty that many businesses face due to the ever-increasing amount of spam bots bombarding our leads, making them less likely to respond to your standard marketing efforts. To be quite honest, as I am a newer user on Dubb I do not have many things that I have found not to my liking but one thing that I would say can be improved is maybe the user interface or the ability to hide the tools when doing the screen record so the recipient doesn't see it. This has become a crowded space. In spite of somewhat of a learning curve, Dubb offers a feature-set which is far more robust than any of the others - and I say that as a subscriber of ALL the others. The learning curve on Dubb can be steeper, but the rewards for learning the platform are plenty. I wish the UI were more intuitive, and I dearly wish the Dubb team spent more time on UX refinement and less on self-promotion.
