The platform is super easy to use. The interface is very easy to navigate. With a ton of features, both on the mobile version as well as the desktop version I feel it by far a way better option than both BombBomb and Vidyard. Also, the monthly cost is by for a much better value than both the other platforms. I look forward to utilizing the CRM functionality of the platform as well. I used Dubb in two previous companies that I was founder of. After a short retirement I came back to my profession as a financial planner and explored two or three different options for video marketing. After trying them it was a hands down no brain decision to come back to Dubb. Not only is there product suite or complete than anything else I found out there but as it was before I am most impressed by the incredible level of support that starts right at the top with Darius and goes all the way through all of their support people who are always there and always helpful. This personalizes the relationship like nothing else and I can do it all within 2 minutes...Awesome. Also, if I ever hit a snag, the team responds rapidly make it all so simple and easy to use. For me, there are quite a few things I like about DUBB the software. 1. It's pretty intuitive to use 2. It was easy to install and integrate with GMAIL and FollowUpBoss (my real estate CRM). 3. I love the landing page preset that pops up whenever someone clicks on a video to watch 4. I also love the detail in the metrics. I'm sure I'm forgetting some things but all in all it's a great platform! Now for the guys who run the company...they are committed to their customers and to enhancing DUBB! They're excitement about the platform is palpable which makes me excited to use the product even more. I love the new stuff they just rolled out, especially the AI tool!
