The UI is easy to navigate even for a first-time user. I'm a solo shop so there is a lot to learn, and I feel like I've only scratched the surface of what Dubb can do. The help files are helpful and the videos of the steps use Dubb so it familiarizes me with what's possible while I learn the steps for answering my question. The implementation directions are clear. Once I feel I've learned more about the system I can see that being able to record inside Dubb will remove a couple of steps in the process I'm moving away from. I'm excited about how Dubb will eliminate several steps from my old process. the need to manually create videos, then download and upload them to different locations. Video is my preferred medium and Dubb allows me to use video to connect with people quickly, easily, and authentically. Before I would create a video and try to get people to go to the video. With Dubb, I can send the video to people directly. (I'm a slow and cautious adopter, so I started with pasting videos into a few emails video to test with people.
