DualEntry? DualEntry is remarkable because it handles most tasks automatically and offers advanced reporting features. There have been considerable increases in both speed and accuracy within the finance team since they started using the software. The use of automated journal entries has saved us a lot of time and very much reduced any chances for error. I find DualEntry amusing because it updates our finances in real time, so we always see accurate information about our accounts. DualEntry is a more sophisticated and easier-to-use option when compared to accounting platforms, which focus on the basics. Automated systems and smart ways of working have made our processes easier. What’s more, the in-built analytics and charting functions are on par with what others get in specialized software like Power BI. Because of DualEntry, we can prepare interactive reports that make it simpler to understand data, spot any unusualities and detect trends that assist in decision-making. All in all, DualEntry has brought us up to date in accounting and allowed our team to handle their duties more strategically. What do you dislike about DualEntry? While we see many benefits in our finance team’s use of DualEntry, there are some points we hope can be improved. Some help or pointers during onboarding could make it an easier first step for new users to use the platform. We would love more controls over department reports to adjust them in a way that matters to us. Connecting our sales CRM with more business software would provide even greater value and make our work easier and faster. Some aspects of the user interface could be improved and not all parts of the documentation are easy to understand when using advanced functions. Even so, these problems are not major issues when we look at everything together. We are really satisfied with DualEntry and like the way it’s doing now. DualEntry has played a big role in solving some major problems we faced in our finance department. A major change for the better is that errors caused by humans have decreased a lot because DualEntry automates our financial processes. Before, making reports and entries in journals took a significant part of our team’s day, but now it is much simpler. Currently, those processes are much simpler and quicker which allows our staff to focus their time on important tasks. The thing we like best is the immediate view of our finances. Thanks to the most recent numbers and knowledge always being available, we can decide what to do with certainty. This level of insight has changed the way we handle our money. Some of the labels or settings weren’t super clear right away, so I had to click around more than I expected. It would be great to have more in-app tips or walkthroughs for new users.
