DTFBuild is gang sheet software for direct-to-film (DTF) print shops. Users upload PNG, JPG or WebP artwork and DTFBuild nests the designs automatically on a sheet or roll to reduce film waste, then exports a transparent 300 DPI PNG or PDF for AcroRIP, CADlink and other RIP software. Built-in tools remove backgrounds, upscale low-resolution art and create halftones. Print shops can add DTFBuild to their online store with a Shopify app or a free WooCommerce plugin: customers build gang sheets on the product page, the shop sells fixed sheet sizes or charges by roll length, and a print-ready file arrives with each order. A Mac and Windows desktop app sends finished files to a RIP hot folder. The interface is available in 8 languages, and a free plan includes 50 exports per month.
