Carrying air and sea cargo from Door to Door with the focus on customer satisfaction and service oriented

**What do you like best about DSV Freight Forwarding?**

It's expanding faster, with the acquisition of agility the future prospects may be redundant, with futuristic applications to create a bill of lading, documentaions and many more

**What do you dislike about DSV Freight Forwarding?**

WIth the acquisition of Agility, some of the old colleagues got moved away from agility however the company growth is been exponentially high with this expansion.

**Recommendations to others considering DSV Freight Forwarding:**

if you have the cargo to export/import globally choose DSV FF

**What problems is DSV Freight Forwarding solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being into operations, the day to day guidance to the team helped the organization to generate more business which in turn helped in getting additional incentives for me and the team.

Nothing, They have very poor customer service.

Customer service lacks, Employee dont seem to take clients seriously

Currently, late shipments are not being communicated
