**What do you like best about Dspace?**

Dspace is an open source institutional respository for hosting an institute research output. with Dspace all institutional publications can be hosted online and can easily be accessible by users. It also serves as a one-stop shop for all institutional publications.

**What do you dislike about Dspace?**

No dislike about Dspace per se, although the setup is complicated. You really need someone with a deeper knowledge in order to install, configure and implement it.

**What problems is Dspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have deployed Dspace at our institute as an institutional repository. As of now, we have all our publications dating back from the 90's through to present. It's serving as a central repository for all researchers output. Researchers can easily search and locate their publications effortlessly.

**What do you like best about Dspace?**

Help and support as well as documentation guide. It helps to easily understand the tool and work with it utilising full features without any major support required.

**What do you dislike about Dspace?**

Cost is a bit high as compared to market tools but it is okay when we got the results as they are super easy to understand and have in depth analytical parts put in very easy to understand language

**What problems is Dspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy integration, quick reports and UI is very user friendly

**What do you like best about Dspace?**

Resources sharing at globally. I fount in it that use of dspace is very easy for non I. T professionals it can be handle with out server. It also good for faculty publications

**What do you dislike about Dspace?**

I. T. Issues... Some of them those who are not expert in the information technology they also avoided use of the dspace software in the organisation but if they are trying again and again they will be able to use it.

**Recommendations to others considering Dspace:**

Strongly recommend for librarian to use this software for preservation documents

**What problems is Dspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paper work can be change into digital format and it will long life than paper save for ever in pdf format. Further it is good idea to use the same in the universities
